I've had this TV for 5+ years. Works Perfectly. I always buy Samsung. IMO they have the best TVs

Worst television ever. Goes totally black in case of night scene. Software is really slow and there is a delay of 2-3 seconds while navigating options. Don't go with Samsung.

The user interface on this tv is very sluggish. There's lots of lag between pressing a button on the remote and the response of the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 10/29/2019 and the power supply stopped working a few days ago. Won't turn on, screen turns "on" black screen then off. Red light flashes few times then nothing.

love our new 75” tv. we also got a 55”. which does seem to have a better picture quality than the 75”. is there anything we can do to improve this? we have them set the same currently

Bought this tv in 2021, just stopped working august 2025. Big black blob takes over and spreads like a virus. Don't recommend. Now I can't watch Jeopardy.

when i play anything on netflix, the volume is very very soft. i have to either fast forward or rewind, then hit play again, before the volume can be normal. i turned off the auto volume but still no use

Everything is great except if there is any action, and not serious action, I mean mild action, then the screen is blurry and pixelated. I guess UHD doesn't really mean much! I purchased a Sony XBR85X900H for $1000 more and it's awesome.

I've had this TV for less than 4 years and it now has a vertical yellow line down the screen. TVs should last longer than 4 years. Prior to this TV was all right, but took a while to dial in the right color settings when first purchased.
