The crystal-clear image it provides is intense with this particular size of TV 58 in. Bluetooth connection that allows for surround speakers it's absolutely incredible. The only thing I'm not happy about is there's no microphone so there's absolutely no voice access whatsoever with this TV. But thanks to modern technology Samsung has provided many updates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know how I got so lucky with this tv, the way it fits in the living room of my townhome - regardless of the positioning of the windows and lighting I can clearly see every square inch of detail on this tv. Tweaking the settings and tuning the picture to exactly how I want to experience it was so easy! The smart features and connecting to Alexa make the overall package just perfect. Absolutely no complaints, just wish I had a better sound system to match with such a good tv!

But over the last year the functionality and quality of the picture, audio, features on the television are still working remarkably. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new TV that's not trying to break the bank to select this model. Not only is it big enough to see the picture and the clarity and quality. But it is also small enough to not take up space in a room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is nice and I like all its features, but the problem I have been having with it is sometimes when I start it up it starts lagging then freezes for a solid 2-4 minutes, although its not often it is really annoying when it does happen. So, overall I give this product a 4/5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung TV mainly for streaming media and playing video games. I have encountered little issues throughout owning this TV for about a year now. I have experienced a couple of times where the screen has had issues with display and makes the picture unrecognizable. Also, issues with connecting to the internet have been the most prominent issue, but both issues can be resolved with a simple reset. Every issue I've had can be quickly diagnosed with no needed specialist. I can say I will greatly recommend this TV to friends and family as far as positives go. This TV has an amazing display once the type of media or game actually supports 4K. The audio is fairly good and needs some tweaks to adjust to the environment where the TV is positioned. If you connect an HDMI cable for gaming to this TV, it automatically activates game mode as well which lightens the colors for a better experience. Sadly, for me to enjoy this feature, I have to manually do it since it is an issue on my behalf. Otherwise, it is a solid 4/5 for those minor issues you have, but most products will always need some type of reset either way.

One thing that I wish was different was the remote control I wish it was easier to press the buttons and get it to command the TV but other than that it's a great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture quality for its current price, and the built-in apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus and even Samsung's own line-up of channels help in setting up your viewing entertainment without the need of an external device. The only negative side to that is that the apps sometimes do not open up . You either disconnect the tv for a few minutes and turn it back on and try to open the app or you have to call a samsung representative to fix the problem for you, which is kind of kool because i would of been really upset to return this tv the same say i purchased it.
