Nice tv with good features. Responds quickly to input , ex: Netflix takes forever to start on my satellite tv but when accessed directly through the smart tv it is almost instant. That's because it has a quad core cpu in it. My only complaint at this time is that the tv mysteriously turns on at 1:30 am by itself almost every night while we're sleeping. Trying to figure it out, have yet to call Samsung for tech support.

I happen to not know much about technology so i will only tell you- set up was easy and I learned this tv about 100 times faster than any other ive owned. The only thing i didnt like was it didnt have rca jacks. So i cant hook up my dvd player or my ps 2 player - dont laugh yes i still wanted to use them!

Easy setup and the picture is great. Installed a Samsung sound-bar and the audio is as good as the picture. Before I purchased this TV, I read every review available and saw some not so good comments. Tested every negative comment on my unit and found nothing wrong. Cost - warranty - performance - easy set-up - ALL GOOD!

Great TV so far. Picture and sound quality are excellent. We are enjoying the free Samsung TV stations. Only negative is not all of our streaming apps are available so need to decide if we will add a Roku. This TV is in our home office/den so don't have to decide right away.

I had one Samsung. When I needed a second TV, in order to save a few bucks I went with Vizio. That was a horrible decision. Their support is horrible. They are always pushing updates that are not needed, that caused the remote not to work, etc. Now I use it as a computer monitor. SO enough about them. I am a Samsung TV customer for life. Samsung's interface is seamless and straight forward, has a good guide and easy to get around to all the streaming options. Go Samsung!

I purchased this TV to replace another older 43" TV in our bedroom. It's only HDR, but hardly anything is broadcast in 4K so we decided to stay with HDR! This television was very reasonable and loaded with features. It was extremely easy to setup and had a wonderful picture. I would highly recommend this Television for purchase! I would definitely purchase this again!

Picture quality is great. Sound quality is ok but could be better. The unit will lose Internet connectivity. I found the only way to resolve that is to unplug the unit and go through the setup process again. At one point I had to resort to resetting the TV to factory settings to get any of the apps to work.

I got this TV recently and as against the reviews I have read about it, I was wowed. Not only is this product the exact description and experience, I get to enjoy a seamless and easy to understand functioning from it. I don't have to read a manual or a book to use this amazing box. It just comes to me and I love it everyday. If you can get this, please do and have the best feeling of a television experience.

You spend a lot of money on a tv and the remote has tiny buttons that you can't see and god forbid you have nails! What is wrong with the people that design these??? TV is fine.. I Can Watch my shows… unless i need to change a channel or pause a movie 🤨

Perfect size for a small apartment. Samsung picture quality has never disappointed me. Speaker quality isn't the best, but adequate. I will be buying a sound bar to pair with this TV. This model does not support Alexa or connect to other home devices, however I believe the model above this one (the 8000 series) does iirc. So with that said not as “Smart” as I was hoping. Had I known this I wouldn't have bought this TV. I should've looked at the box closer in the store or done some more research. Because being able to turn my TV with Alexa would be great. But if you're not into that short of thing it's still a fine TV. I do like the leg stands it comes with, but mostly because unlike my last Samsung, those stands just sit in the sockets, and don't need to be fastened or clipped in. One thing I don't like is the typing. I find it clunky with the options it gives you after you type a character in. It takes a while to get used to and is a little confusing.
