Outstanding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For those on a budget and looking for a 55" smart tv,this will fit your need. The picture and sound quality are excellent. Easy to set up . Rich vivid colors. Comparing this model side by side in the store with models twice as much,I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Samsung brand has given me the confidence of a tv that will last for many years without any technical issues. It is a smart tv for a smart shopper. You can't go wrong.

I enjoy all the features of the tv

The only downside is that at times, it randomly disconnects from the internet even though the internet connection to other thing such as tablet and phones are perfectly fine.

This product has amazing top of the line features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my TV. I use it for many different things. I connect my phone via the smart things app on my Samsung note 10 plus, which is great when I am using the DEX feature turning it into a giant computer screen. I also use it for my Xbox one x series which it shows vivid 4k gaming with the game mode on which reduces the lag and also shows incredible hdr. I stream movies and have actually started using the Samsung TV feature using my wifi service to watch music videos. My favorite part tho is the built in blue tooth capabilities. I pair my Samsung buds plus to them while gaming, watching TV, you name it im connected. I have never been so happy with Samsung, and as you can read, Samsung is my go to when it comes to electronics. I am in love and impressed every time I turn it on.

Positive Experience

The picture is far clearer than any TV I've ever owned. Also we are enjoying the free TV package that comes with the set. I would have given a 5 Star rating but I've been disappointed to not be able to use the mirror imaging from my iPhone 10X. I get audio but no Video.

Best TV we've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our tv for movie nights, news, sports games, gaming, you name it! The picture is clear and bright and full of great color resolution! Our smart tv came with many optional apps which we use regularly. Our 3 kids in their early twenties went in together to get my husband and I a new tv last Christmas and we unwrapped the best gift ever! Highly recommended! The plus is that it sinks with Alexa and even plays our Spotify playlist during dinner time too!

Great Smart TV

Very Disapointing

I bought this TV in April 2020 and by August 2020 I already had a house call for technical support. They changed the LCD screen to a brand new one, however, 2 days later I experienced the flickering again .. Before buying this TV i had read the poor reviews but I wanted to give it a chance as its brand new. BIG mistake. The whole experience was terrible. The technicians that came to my house did NOT wear a mask and they were also very early for the appointment time i set up. I was out and planned my morning so that I would have enough time for me to be back in time for my booked appt. They were very early and i told them they are not supposed to be here, and they said yeah we were running ahead of time. I replied that they could have at least called, and completely disregarded it. I am overall very disappointed.

This product has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this TV every day. I use it for streaming movies, watching sports and cable TV. Also playing my video games on it and i like the fact that i can sync it with my cell phone. Galaxy S22 ultra and transfer anything from my phone to the TV. I recommend this TV 1000% it's the best purchase i made in a long time.

Broken after 1.5 Months

I had only owned this TV for 1.5 months before it suddenly decided to start turning on and off, over and over. I scheduled a warranty service repair and it took them a week and a half to come out. Finally the repair person was here last week, replaced the main board, then told me the screen needed to be replaced and he had to order another part. So far I have been without my new TV for over 2 weeks now. DO NOT BUY!
