[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I mainly sue my TV to stream movies and Paly Games. The picture quality when watching movies is undefeated. It's is crisp and clear. The color accuracy is on point and for playing games!! OMG!! This TV also comes with free Samsung TV channel and it has a great audio system. There are also a bunch of really nice native apps. It's just great.

it was easy to set up snd the unit was very light versus my old plasma u it which was almost 90 pounds. i was able to use my existing wall mount which helped saved me any additional spending. it was a breeze to set up the wireless system and add my other accounts to the tv. great product so far, thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this tv is located in my bedroom. I prefer to sit in there to watch it rather than the living room. It does have a good picture. Only thing I don't like is the volume. I can never get the volume right with the options available on the menu. It's either too soft or too loud. Never seems just right. Other than that I would recommend it.

I love that you can do it all from your phone and even better you can use your phone to turn on and off the tv which works great for me because I have a terrible habit of loosing the remote... the picture is amazing and the game mode really brings my video games to life. This tv is perfect if you want something easy and smart it's great for movies tv and gaming I would highly recommend it to all my friends and would buy another one when needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the TV to watch series and movies and concerts (we don't watch sports). We had a 2009 60'' Samsung that after 11 years we chose to change for this. We used to have the old TV connected to a 2009 Yamaha AV receiver with 6 speakers and a Sub. Our budget was capped and this TV matched it. To our surprise, when we connected the Yamaha AV receiver works automatically in sync with our new Samsung TV and we only use Samsung's remote or app. This is quite comfortable because all equipments turn on and off automatically, considering late at night we usually leave something on because we are too tired. Also turning up or down the volume from one remote or app is very convenient. Finally, to our surprise, integration with iOS and Apple devices and services is so good we don't even use our Apple TV anymore as we get most of the experience of Apple TV, AirPlay and Apple Music right from the TVs option. We are super pleased with this new TV.

Setup was mostly super easy: I was able to use my phone to handle most of the setup including connecting to wifi - waaay easier than using a remote. I was pleasantly surprised to find 145 free channels of programming; most aren't worth watching but it's nice to have live news and weather readily available. I really was hoping for more with the operating system. It seems to reasons fairly slowly. I'm able to tell Alexa to turn off the TV but can't turn it on the same way. Getting to my video apps requires me to hit the home button then click 2 or 3 more times just to get to the menu, where it makes a lot more sense that it should just be one click to get there on a smart TV. I do like the quick buttons on the remote to get to Netflix and Prime Video. In true Samsung fashion, there are a bunch of apps I won't ever use and can't remove. It's difficult to figure out how to customize the app order and add them to my home screen. I also hoped for more with the Smart Things Samsung app on my phone but it doesn't do much beyond volume and channel control and turning the power on and off. Overall I'm content with my purchase and got a great value for the price. But I'm left feeling that the software is all just kind of clunky and doesn't really work all that well together.

having the ability to find news without having to pay for traditional cable/satellite or one of the new ones like yt tv or directv stream is exactly what i was looking for. i wish it could get local channels on it but thats neither here nor there. having a more consistent chromecast or screen share function would be nice, though. i have the galaxy s20 fe and while i know that its a tiny bit old its still running one ui 4 and i made sure the tv and my apps are as up-to-date as they can be and i still have trouble finding my tv. spotify can do it just fine, but i always have trouble with youtube, hulu and twitch has never worked.

The smart aspect of the features work real easy. Even my 6 year old is able to change to different apps. I would recommend to all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for a lot of different things but mostly for gaming and movies. We have movies that range in age from the 80's all the way up to current. No matter which movie we pop in, this TV has incredible quality. The speed and graphics are better then any TV I've ever owned. This TV is also compatible with all of our devices. Our tablet, both my husband and my phone, and it has all of our favorite streaming apps as well. No matter what we feel like watching or doing, this TV does it beautifully. We also live out in the country and don't have reliable wifi. If we want to watch a streaming service we have like Netflix or Disney+ it's as easy as casting to the TV so we can simply run off of our cell signal. This is absolutely my favorite TV I've ever had, and we plan on upgrading to all Samsung TVs in the future.

I bought it two months ago and since beginning I intend to return it ( just lack of time). The dynamic picture is too bright and other three options ant too dark. There is a huge gap between the dynamic picture and the other options. I cannot set up go to sleep because it is connected to Telus source. It doesn't even recognize this source. The sound also could be better. I still have one month to return it and I will do it.
