It has wonderful picture and navigating the apps and features is nice and easy. Only downside is the volume is a little weak by itself, but since I have Samsung surround sound equipment I can connect to it via Wi-Fi and really rock out. Great product. Great price. Best bang for buck!

I restored to factory and have t had the issue again. I have had it for a couple months now and am definitely sticking with Samsung.

this replaced a 2009 plasma which went in another room. the picture on that is far better than this in every way. this image is dim. a little better after disabling all eco settings but the colors remain bad. nothing is bright except people's faces which are washed out. blacks are never really black. did several factoryresets and updated firmware but nothing is any better. the old plasma tv is so much better. every tv in local stores looks fantastic but they don't have this exact size which i need for the space. i have a service request in to samsung but the earliest they can help me will be after the time i can return this

After purchasing the TV, I was highly dissatisfied with the TV sound quality, it is very dry and high-pitched sound. the picture is great, but terrible sound quality. I then purchased a sound bar. Now the trouble is that when I turn off the TV and later turn it back on, the TV will not recognize the sound bar hooked up to the HDMI-ARC connector. I've changed the HDMI-ARC connector three times. Still, I have to set and turn the TV off and on 10 to 15 times before the TV will eventually recognize the external sound bar. I would not recommend this TV to anyone.

I know that the OLED 8k model is supposed to have more defined colors and a better picture, but this tv cannot be beaten for the money and I honestly do not see how the quality can get any better than this. The Smart-TV features are very easy to control and navigate and have a very nice, up-to-date design. This TV has everything you need and makes at home movie watching or gaming with the family a blast. I'm really glad that I gave this TV a try.

The functions are user friendly and the menus are clean and simple, if you need to adjust a parameter there is an easy way to do it without compromise time and effort. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let me just say I love Samsung products, My Galaxy phone, my Tablets, Refrigerator, Washer and Dryer, my Ear Buds, and my Tv. I bought my 2020 version series 7 Crystal UHD 55 inche. I love my TV!! The picture quality is great and the smart features are great.. What I don't like and wish Samsung didn't lock in the pre-installed apps, half the pre-installed apps I don't even use and never would use and there is no way to uninstall them, they take up all the memory to where you have no memory to install app that you actually use.. That needs to change not a good move on your part Samsung..

We use a lot of streaming services, the Samsung features are a great extra and easy to connect phones and other devices too! The color and sound are amazing. We loved ours so we bought my mom one too!
