This product is good

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was on the market for a new tv for the living room, looked around quite a bit when I can across the Samsung tu7000 65”. picture quality was amazing and has a lot of good useful features and you can't beat the price, I'm glad I purchased it, would definitely recommend.

Excellent product!

Bought this tv about a month ago. Setup went relatively well for someone who is not tech savvy. Recommend that you search online to get settings to fine tune colours, contrast, etc. Even though this tv has excellent default settings out of the box, a little fine tuning produces an amazing picture, especially with 4K broadcasts. This is an excellent tv and I highly recommend it. Price was very reasonable.

Clear picture and good sound

Great apps- Samsung TV has opportunity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great options of apps for tv. Enjoy watching the free samsung tv but does glitch from time to time and don't like that we have to unplug everything to reset the tv to view samsung tv. At least that's what we were instructed to do by troubleshoot.

Remote buttons too small, otherwise great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture quality and sound are excellent. The only issue we have had is that the remote buttons are too small, especially for playing back recorded shows. We actually added a fire stick to the TV because the remote is much easier to use for my wife who has arthritic fingers. We have had very good reliability with the Samsung TVs we have bought over the years.

Excellent Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this TV overall! I am able to watch so many different streaming apps in one place! I don't have the need to buy additional hardware since it is all right on my TV. I've even gotten my Alexa app to turn my TV on and off and control the buttons. This is new so I am still learning but the fact that it is simple to install and interact with is amazing!

Tv is ok. Remote + source interface lacks

the tv is fine, picture and sound are up to par. but man, the user unterface on this tv is pretty rough. feedback is incredibly slow, and the remote itself doesnt help much. we have the newer model of this tv as well and it is much improved however. still, there remains my largest complaint with samgsung tvs, and i have this issue with both this model and the newer one i have: the dreaded samsung tv plus app. the samsung tv plus app may be the sole reason i would not commit to another samsung tv going forward. i feel like anytime i hit a button i immediately get launched into the app. or if im in another app for too long itll just automatically boot me out and start playing tv plus. it drives me insane and i wish i could delete it but have had no such luck. awful.

The details you have shared are important to us and will be shared with our product teams. Please know, Samsung TV Plus can be disabled, removing the channels from your default guide. Should you want to disable TV plus, follow the steps below: 1) Navigate to the Samsung TV Plus app and press and hold the enter or select button on the remote. This will bring up two options. ‘Move’ and ‘Remove’. 2) Navigate to ‘Remove’ and select. This option brings up the ability to remove the app icon or disable the service. 3) Navigate to ‘Disable’ and select. This will remove the service from the launcher bar and the channels from the TV Guide. Alternatively, you can leave TV Plus enabled and utilize the Autorun Last App feature to automatically start the last app you used once the TV is turned on. Great streaming features!

Great tv for the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tv for the updated app included. Hulu allows you to watch live tv. Although the app has automatically closed for no reason. The video is clear! Ypu may have to customize your setthings to suit your viewing. sound is pretty good but is lower when I cast to my smartphone, so a sound bar is recommended. One small change I'd request is to have the shortcut app buttons on the remote to be customizable. I don't use netflix and would rather have the hulu shortcut. Overall I like the tv, have been a samsung fan for a long time, this is my third tv.
