Hdmi ports keep losing connection. The screen will appear to shut off in the middle of gaming. I've upgraded the hdmi cables thinking that was the issue, I've switched the hdmi ports, I've tried gaming mode on, off, and auto and it doesn't make a difference. I check to make sure the software is up to date and it is. We are loyal Samsung users from our tvs to our oven to our phones. But this TV is making me consider changing courses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Game mode works very well with my Xbox series x but not so great with my ps3 which is fine the ps3 is picky Alexa can only turn the tv on and off not adjust volume or play any specific streaming service it works well enough if you don't lose the remote

set up for this tv was a breeze. the picture really is terrific. however, i have to reset the network and re-enter the wi-fi password almost daily. makes it a long road to get to streaming, which is why one buys a smart tv. i even had the internet upgraded, still the problem persists.

The smart features are a bit slow and I was very disappointed when I noticed there was “sponsored” content (aka ads) included that you can't turn off. It would be a fantastic TV if not for the sponsored content. Thinking about returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was super easy to set up. The remote and tv settings themselves worked perfectly with my Direct TV as well as all of the apps! The picture is amazingly clear and I love the options for different picture types depending on what I am watching!! We are very happy with this TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok let's say this… I've been eyeing this tv for awhile. It has everything i wanted and wasn't going to break the bank. Saying that, I've had one tv sent with a broken screen and the replacement had the backlight go out and sent it for repair under warranty. Now, the picture quality is great! I like the features and it also has better factory speakers than i expected. I'd probably still recommend it a good low end buy. I've had cheaper ones from other brands and they weren't as good as Samsung (didn't think i was gonna say that did you?)

Everything you need in one place. I bought my first Samsung TV around 2010 and I didn't feel the need to upgrade until the screen was destroyed by the people remodeling our house. I would probably still be using it if it hadn't been damaged. Which says a lot. I love new tech and usually can't wait to upgrade but I was perfectly happy with what I already had. So thank you guys for making quality products. I imagine we will wait too long to upgrade again. Sorry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with TCL at first trying to break from Samsung as was alot cheaper, well you get what you pay for, 1.5 years later headed out to buy a new TV because the TCL died a sad death Well I have all samsung TV's now can't beat technology and value My only cons is that a keyboard mouse combo would be advantageous and internet browser is beyond slow Other than that really happy
