[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While my first flat screen TV was a Samsung (it is still in use), I've ventured off into bargain priced TV's only to be disappointed in picture and sound results. My T7000 series has renewed my commitment to Samsung TV. The picture is awesome, the sound is good and ease of use is perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the ads were just the straw that broke the proverbial camel's back. the good: i like the display. it's clear, it's bright, and it's crisp. the bad: xbox series x says that the display is not a true 120hz. i have no way to set the dns. i'm currently deployed in germany and have no way to change the tv dns so that i can get us menus. everything is in german even though i set the language to english. the sound is weak; the bass is weaker. the ugly: ads. the tv has ads. just annoying.

This TV works flawlessly and I love how I can use Airplay and Dex on here. It has the apps I want and need and provides exceptionally detailed videos when playing my games or watching YouTube in HDR content.

i purchased this 65" class tu7000 crystal uhd 4k smart tv in november 2021. right out of the box it had a broken hdmi arc port/jack. the tv only comes with two hdmi ports to begin with. so, i was able to hook up cable to hdmi 1 however now i can't use the hdmi arc port for hooking up a sound bar, for example. then, the tv's bluetooth search feature doesn't seem to be working, or isn't compatible, even though the soundbar is also a samsung unit. so, features in addition to the regular tv function - not so good.

I ended up purchasing 3 more of the same tv to have in the living areas of my home. The picture it pristine! There so many settings you can use for your own custom experience. Their customer support is amazing! I own all Samsung appliances. I love them! Should check out their new front load washer and dryer! Newest front load model! The highest tech washer and dryer ever made!

The room we put it in is very bright in the late afternoon/evening and this one is bright enough that we have no problem seeing it. As we upgrade the TVs in our house, we will continue getting Samsungs!

The picture clarity is more than sufficient, however the sound system leaves something to be desired. I am not sure why Samsung, which typically offers products of superior quality would overlook an important feature like that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old Samsung TV died right when Covid shut down began so needed a new TV. Remote control response is slow and blacks flutter on screen occasionally. Game mode works well with the Xbox one. Overall good quality picture.

only had this tv one week and i am having issues with it connecting to my internet. i have troubleshot every thing and it still will not connect. all of my other devices are functioning great on the same wifi. i only watch tv based on my wireless connection through streaming so this is truly disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My television has a very clear and crisp screen. The only complaint that I have is that every now and then the sound goes off. You can turn the volume up but it doesn't come back on until you turn the set off and turn it back on.
