i have had this tv for about 20 days and almost everyday i have had an issue with it. i have had to reset to factory settings at least 5 times since buying. i have had issues connecting to my wifi, even though there have been no issues with any of my other devices connecting. as soon as i turn the tv on, everything freezes and i have to turn it off and on about 5 times before it works. sometimes it won't turn on at all. i had my sound not work so i had to reset it. overall complete waste of money. when the tv does work, it is a nice image.
not worth it: I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your TU7000 4K Smart TV. Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds. I was able to add all my apps, such as netflix, hulu, prime, etc. the Samsung tv app actually allows access to a lot of channels. The quality is exceptional especially considering the very reasonable price. Highly Recommended.
Great choice!
i chose this tv as a replacement for a vizio that i had bought just two months earlier. it took forever to register commands from the remote and kept losing wifi connection. i have been very satisfied with this samsung. it has great picture quality, good sound, responds quickly, and i've had zero issues with the wifi connection. one of my complaints about 4k tvs is how dark some shows are, but switching to "movie" mode solved this problem. only thing i wish it would do, but doesn't, is allow me to rearrange or remove apps from the list, so that the ones i use daily are at the beginning of the list, saving me scrolling. i would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Great TV for the price!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so to start off I love the TV. It works very well for how I use it. We stream all the time and never have any problems with the feature. I also game on it regularly, PS4 and the picture is amazing especially with the HDR and automatic "game mode". I even occasionally screen mirror or screen view. All in all GREAT TV. I have just 2 problems.. 1. Trying to get Google Assistant hooked up with it is ridiculous. The options in menu do not match what troubleshooting says. Still haven't gotten it to work. 2. It needs a smart remote not the old style for previous models. It would be so much easier to do everything not nearly as many buttons or confusion. Other than that.."Hands down best TV I've had in a Long Time".

Add your TV device to the SmartThings app. 2) Open the Google Home app on your phone. If you do not have the app on your phone, you can search for Google Home in the Google Play Store and download the app. 3) Select the Add button. On the next screen, select Set Up Device. 4) Press on the text under the title Works with Google. Here you will see a list of accounts. Scroll down until you see SmartThings and select it or search SmartThings by pressing the search icon in the top right-hand corner. 5) Once you have selected SmartThings, press the “Sign in with Samsung Account”’ and use the same Samsung Account you used to sign in on the SmartThings app on your mobile. 6) The TV will be added automatically. Everything Imhoped for and more
I bought this set in late Oct, 2022 after a different quality brand 40” set we'd had for about 12 years began acting up in ways we couldn't any clues to addressin on the net. As well, my wife is a heavy TV watcher so the set likely had more like 15 yrs use, and the last year, due to an illness limiting her activities, has had it on except when sleeping… so it was time. Because we have a fairly small house, I didn't want more than a 50” screen because it'd be a challenge to fit it in livingroom, and this was the only one that size the store had. And looking online, others meant a wait to get and most were double the price. I checked the reviews, looked good, bought it. The automatic setup worked like a charm, zero problems, except it didn't recognize a Bose sound bar that needed to be connected by cable. I had commitments so told my wife I'd tackle that next day…. The connectin pin on bar was rather odd shape, lighting was awkward for me to see well, but after gently twisting and turning end trying to get it to seat, it did and the volume almost blasted us out of the room…. As my wife was lowering the volume I just smiled and said: “I think it's working now!” She been thrilled with it ever since, the picture is excellent even for a lower price model. I'm impressed. And just days ago I acquired an Apple Watch with wifi and Bluetooth, no cellular, and it I don't know if it was the tv or the watch, but together they not only recognized each other, they paired themselves without me asking. It's a no-fuss experience despite having lots of tech that could create nightmares until figuring out what's up…. Been there, done that in the past and appreciate the progress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great TV! Great image! I only have two honest problems and that's all. HDMI 2.1 is not included, so gaming in 120fps is not able to be done, but 60fps is! As far as actual gaming goes! It's amazing definitely a notable feature of the television! Quality of 4k streaming is also amazing. Every video I've streamed has always come out to look great! Even If the show is old. My final issue is the Menu Lag, unfortunately the menu lags behind on simple tasks. Besides the two problems this is an amazing TV I would highly recommend to a friend.
Great Picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WIFI went out in about 16 months and the warranty is only for 12 months. When the WIFI was working it was great for streaming. I really enjoyed watching movies and sports on the TV. If not for the WIFI going out in less than a year and half I would have given this TV a 5 Star rating. Samsung did agree to pay for the parts after they confirmed that the WIFI was defective. I had to pay for the labor and transport it to and from the service center as it would have been a lot more if they come to your residence. Very disappointed in a TV that needs to be repaired in less than 2 years!

Great 4K Increase!
