[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV works fine. it has a good picture. The remote function however is terrible. It takes several seconds after the button you pushed registers with the TV. Often you aren't sure if it the button worked so you press again and then it jumps all over. The sounds quality is fine. Again, the accessibility with the remote and the function of the main menu is one of the worse I've experiences with a TV and is a deal breaker. I wouldn't buy another one.

i was very excited to get a new tv & usually have great luck with samsung as a brand. that was not the case this time. i tried changing every setting as far as the clarity & picture went. the quality was very subpar & was definitely noticeable to guests. when i called the appliance company i purchased from, they stated theyve had numerous returns and complaints with samsung lately. it gets a 2 star rating at least, for ease of the program & user friendly.

Cameron the 65” 4K Smart UHD TV, and must say it checked all boxes we need as a family. One remote only despite running all TV via streaming.Simple to use yet sophisticated use when needed. I also like the integration with my Samsung phone and iPad. While not what I use all the time simple control or stream from device to TV is literally one click

Picture is beautiful. Remote sucks. On OTA broadcast and when using blue ray or cable box it is fine. But when you use a streaming service like Netflix or YouTube tv it is horrible, the stutter is driving me crazy! What is the point of selling a smart tv if the thing is garbage while running apps? The whole point of a smart tv is running streaming services. Looks great in store, then you see the great picture at home.... And then the disappointment sets in as soon as you see the stutter.

With my old TV I couldn't stream anything to the TV because it had no internet connectivity. The wireless on this set makes it a snap. The AC band makes for a buffer free picture. The price was in the range I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I sound bar would be icing on the cake.

I replaced an older Samsung with this one, I am really enjoying it. Kids now have the older Samsung (which still works great), but I want a larger one, and they like playing games on this one, so they will get this one when I get a new one. I really like the Samsung TV's. Have never had an issue with them. My next TV will also be a Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the TV, especially for the price. The connectivity to various apps as a smart TV is great, and the resolution is very clear. The only downside is that it can sometimes be a bit slow, but that could also be due to my own wifi.

I like that the Samsung plus channels are tied into the channels that I get from my inside antenna. I used an Apple TV with mine and the TV remote can be used to control Apple TV settings. Picture quality is not great, but definitely above average for the price. Sound quality is pretty good as well. This TV has no real downfalls at all.
