I love the usage of the Smartthings app to allow me to customize and command my device in multiple ways necessary. My only problem is the reaction it has. When I use the remote or the app to change the channel, scroll through the home menu, or even navigate the apps; the television's reaction time suffers a bit. It is not a huge problem for me personally, but I do push it as a concern. It is a great television for anyone who may see it necessary!

This TV does not disappoint. Also, love having all the extra Samsung channels already loaded. Adding our favorite apps was quick and easy. Love being able to always find something great to watch. I recommend Samsung TV's to all my friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I use our TV for gaming and streaming movies and shows. We had been using my old Sony flatscreen for something like ten years, and I thought there was no point in upgrading my screen. When I saw this TV for the price I thought I should at least get a screen with a smaller profile that weighed less. Boy was I surprised at how well this has worked out for us. Because it weighs less than the old TV it puts less stress on my entertainment center and is easier to move around the room when we want to reorganize. The ease of setting it up was incredible as far as connecting our streaming services. The real joy came when I realized how much visual quality I had been losing on my old TV when it came to gaming and movies, though. The colors pop so much better, with greater detail and games on my PS4 look better than ever, I can't wait until I get a PS5 to see even better graphical fidelity out of my games on this TV. My only complaint is that we have a second TV of the same brand, and because of the remote control being the same it winds up controlling both TVs at the same time when clearly we really only want 1 TV being changed (volume, channel, app, etc.) but we've managed a system that sort of works. I just wish it didn't require a workaround at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have all of my TVs as Samsungs! The TU7000 and TU8000 work amazingly well! I really don't have any complaints except that you need to change the dns over to googles dns in the settings or you may experience network issues but that is no big deal! The color and the picture are beautiful .. the 4th tv I have of Samsun is 12 years old and it's still working fine to this day! I will always buy a Samsung tv!

I had to squint ever so slightly to see my "not samsung" other TV and it would give me headaches. This picture is so clear and crisp I can see the future !!! one star for the panel/build quality, one for the price. as for the rest, i wish i could give it negative marks. the tv has the slowest menu navigation i've seen in a long time, perhaps ever. it is so slow when you shut the tv off the audio will go on for several seconds. browsing menus means lags, overshoots, accidental app loading, etc. there is always this wait for tv to register a command and do something. it's truly a miserable experience. apps like twitch tv etc. are not available. in return, tv comes with a ton of sponsored/preinstalled tv, etc. junk. program is always on when you turn on tv, no option to browse in peace. who is this tv for? people who don't mind slow and buggy menus have cheaper chinese brands to chose from. this product is the worst of the both worlds.
