Best TV I've ever purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 65inch in the living room and not only is the picture quality amazing but the sound / volume is great! The colors are vibrant and sharp. My son plays all his games on it, and Samsung tv (app) is great I can find movies that aren't on other platforms. Great job Samsung.

Best TV I ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am loving everything about this TV. I am able to connect it with my Alexa and all my subscriptions. Watching the games on here is by far the best experience I had watching sports. Playing PlayStation on here is incredible also. The games are so clear! I don't think I can turn off this TV. AMAZING!

Crystal Clear Picture

I was not sure if a 50inch screen would make a difference but I am so impressed! Not only can I read the info now but the picture is so amazing I feel like I am watching live, it's just that clear and crisp!

Slick stylish crystal clear picture and sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfectly seated on wall, which can be just watched without any picture, it is that much stylish and fantastic looking As soon as you start cable or streaming or aux, you get the feeling of comforting sound which can be heard long near kitchen stove crisp and clear Using this TV for gaming is joy, as it adjusts resolution so better than other brands I have paired it with surrounding sound system and it completes theater experience whenever I need it

Good compact TV with good resolution and features.

Solid tv for avg person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have the 7000 series wall mounted in my living room. After years of being my parents living room TV and anniversary present from me they bought a new qled Samsung and gave this one back to me. It has screen burn in from when they left a DVD menu up on the screen one night. Then I have a TU8300 curved 55 inch that I just bought and never watch that sits under my wall mounted one on a TV stand. It would look dumb being wall mounted since it's curved.

Awesome TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung TV's picture is so crystal clear you fill like you are live and in person no matter what show/video you watch. Sound quality is good too. Set-up took about 30 minutes but it was easy. The tv gave instructions each step of the way. Love Love this Samsung Smart TV:)

Glitching

the picture on the tv is great and i love all the features that are included. i have onky had my tv for 3 weeks and i have had glitches where i cant open any other apps expect for netflix. the screen goin dark for no reason when trying to open an app. i cant dowload any of the games on here. i dont think all of the tha are like this maybe i just got a defective tv.

The Worst TV I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not wanna turn on, just turning it on takes five minutes every time, every time you go to turn it on you have to unplug it, we had to go through the set up at least five times, Not happy with this TV

JFB49: Thank you for purchasing the Samsung TU7000 TV. I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues turning your TV on. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. (3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. (4) If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care Please be sure you have the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete.
