Customer reviews for SAMSUNG 43" Class TU700D-Series Crystal Ultra HD 4K Smart TV UN43TU700DFXZA forThis Samsung is a great TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV for viewing outside. We didn't want to buy an expensive outdoor TV. So, we bought the Samsung and put it in a cover. The picture on this TV is awesome. We have been very satisfied with our purchase.
Had to upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the 43 inch in the living room. Upgraded to 55 (who doesn't love a bigger screen), same model! Wouldn't have gotten any other brands or models if I wasn't satisfied with my 43 inch. Also love how it comes with Samsung TV (no cable, so can watch real tv without streaming).
This Television is very impressive.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV to play games and watch YouTube, I love how I can connect my gaming console to automatically turn on when I power up the TV. It really streamlines the process. I also think that this television is a serious bang for your buck, I bought it relatively cheap and am very impressed by the performance.
New to Samsung
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first non LG tv purchase we have made. Just from everything about this TV, we will only purchase Samsung TV's from now on. We saw an amazing price and leapt at the offer. I am just at an awe for this TV. From the amazing visuals to ease of use. I'm in love with this TV. I had to get a WiFi booster when I used peripheral devices (Apple TV/Firestick). They are bundled in a bag somewhere because this TV does it all with no lag in service. The best investment I ever made. Side note, I moved the old LG tv my bedroom. I can't wait to replace it with another Samsung. I'm even thinking of no longer getting iPhones so everything goes together. Thanks Samsung! I'm sold on the quality of work for your devices!
Glitchy
wow. nothing but disappointed in this product i have to constantly unplug the tv just for the tv to switch apps for example spectrum i've gone through all the self diagnostics this happened right out of the box should not have thrown the box away i would've returned the tv right back to the store the same day
Hi Crashstory, Thank you for your review of the Samsung TU7000 TV. We appreciate your feedback on the issues you are experiencing with your apps not functioning as expected. If you haven't tried already, we recommend optimizing the smart TV performance with the Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. We also suggest you check your internet connection: 1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Resetting your TV's SmartHub can also help resolve app issues you are experiencing. To reset your SmartHub, please try the following steps: 1) Gather the login information for all of your apps: When you reset Smart Hub, you will sign you out of your Samsung Account and all of your apps, not just the one you're having trouble with. Make sure you have the current login information for all of your accounts before you proceed. If you need this information, visit the app developer's website. If you need your Samsung account information, visit Samsung Account Support. 2) Reset Smart Hub. - Navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub. - (or) Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub. 3) Enter your TV's PIN: The default PIN is 0000. If you have ever changed the PIN on your TV, enter your PIN to start the reset. 4) After the initial setup process, try the app again. Note: You may need to download the app again after the reset. If you are still having an issue with the app after completing the Smart Hub reset, reach out to the app developer to see if they are aware of the issue. Many times a fix is likely to be available soon. This product allows me to do so much on it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product allows me to go on the internet. Has options to download apps and watch TV off the internet. Easy functions. Allows me to change from cinema picture to regular throughout watching. It is an overall great product.
Great picture and features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the quick streaming buttons. I wish you could customize them. Unfortunately the voice recognition does not work. Tried a different remote, still does not work. Must be some sort of software issue. Wish I could link it with the rest of my Google products, but ultimately doesn't ruin the overall experience

It's Alright
I bought the TV a few months ago, figured I'd wait a while to review so I could get a proper feel of this TV. The quality of this tv is great for the most part, but it's slow. For apps to open it could take almost a whole 3 minutes to load, I had a cruddy tv before this one, it was so much quicker and would never take more than 40 seconds to load an app. I'm actually quite upset that I'm stuck with this tv now. I'll be getting an LG tv next time.

Perfect size and great quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV look perfect in our living room. We have it for three months now and it works perfectly. You can download a lot of apps that I wasn't able to download on my previous vizio tv.Also the speakers sound great, so if you don't have a surround system it will still sound decent. The only issue I have sometimes is the connection with the vizio soundbar. I'm probably buying the Samsung bar so they work perfectly together.
The product is pretty good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the TV for games and hooking up to Netflix and such every now and then it wants to act up and act like you can't connect to the internet usually shutting it off and unplugging it won't fix it but it's becoming a little more frequent other than that great picture it's fast I like it
