Have used this litter for years and it was the best. Within this past year, something has changed other than the color being darker. The granules are finer, it leaves dust EVERYWHERE and it has a light scent.

Through many years of purchasing cat littler, I have found Fresh Step works best for me. It clumps well, and does a great job of keeping odors at bay. Never had a cat reject it. Makes cleaning the box so much less of a chore.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the convenience of the 4 bags of 10lbs. SO much better on my back lifting 10lbs to pour in rather than a 28-40 lb container. Nice that it is low dust too.

I have 2 5 yr old Maine Coons and 1 18 month miniture buff. I was using Tidy Cats recently, but came across this when Tidy was out of stock. I'm so glad I did. This doesn't stick to the sides of the box and if used correctly nearly dust free. The price is so much better too. I'm very happy!

The litter is finer and dustier than the other unscented cat litter options. The litter doesn't handle wet well resulting in endless scraping off the bottom of the litter box. Unscented is a good thing. The packaging may or may not be a good thing. The four individual packages could be easier to handle. I will stick with Tidy Cats Free & Clean Unscented Clumping Clay Cat Litter By Tidy Cats. Good to try the alternatives regardless to determine the better options.

The title of the listing still says Ultra Unscented - and that is the best litter ever! But now they are shipping Simply Unscented - and it is nowhere near as good. It is also a cheaper litter - so why didn't the price go down when they lowered the quality of product that they were offering? I know the picture has been changed to the new product - but please change the title of the listing as well. It is misleading. I was hoping against hope that it was just the wrong picture - but alas, no....

This is so handy compared to one big heavy jug.

I love how they come in 4 separate packages. Makes things a lot easier for picking up , etc :)
