This litter doesn't smell bad at all. We tried other brands that claimed to block odor, but this is the only one that actually works to eliminate bad odors.

This is the best cat litter I've ever used! My cats love this unscented litter. It's less messy. Stays in litter box til I clean it. Ten, 20 years from now, I'll still be using this cat litter.

I've been buying the unscented Fresh Step for years. I love that my cats don't smell like air freshener after being in the litterbox! It's also great for my allergies; I'm sensitive to perfumes.

My cat loves to roll in the fresh litter and not all unscented litters are the same. This is the only one I have used that doesn't make him smell like he sprayed cologne all over him. I highly recommend!

I appreciate the fact that there are no perfumes or fragrances added. This product still has awesome odor control and minimal dust and tracking. My cats accept it readily.
