Item was used, dirty, burned out and repackaged as new. Sam's worker couldnt care less.

Good size. Easy to use. Previous microwave was Samsung. Will need to get used to the new controls.

Can't be muted. It's loud and annoying, keeps beeping when it's done.

It worked for a week and then it wasn’t heating anymore

Excellent. I had the previous of the same model. This one has a lock programmed at the end.

Looks and works just as great as much more expensive microwaves.

Bought for grandchild in college because it's slim in size and cost less than same at Home Depot!
