Works great and looks great with the stainless steel trim. Only thing I wish it had was a key pad that lite up so I can see better.

I believe we received a defective one. Very difficult to work. It will not heat, I have to stop and restart every time for it to heat. I am returning it.

Not great. Door release requires way too much force to open; the control pad is super dark so that I can't operate it without turning the overheads on; very noisy; there are some auto lock safety features that are difficult to disable.

Works well. Under the shelf and inside cabinet install kit product ordering nos.are included within operating manual. Microwave spaghetti cooker added bonus!

This is a good microwave. The description said it was quiet but it's so quiet sometimes I have to check to make sure it's still on. The only issue I have is the number panel is so dark that even with a light on it's hard to see the buttons

Nice size, good value, but the door latch is hard to push open. I had to buy a silicone mat to place under it to keep it from sliding across the counter when trying to push it open. If it wasn't for that, I'd have given it five stars.

Very noisy! The outer metal vibrates when turned on.
