Not great. Door release requires way too much force to open; the control pad is super dark so that I can't operate it without turning the overheads on; very noisy; there are some auto lock safety features that are difficult to disable.

I was truly disappointed with the fact that the numbers don’t light up! I also miss the handle that I had on my old one that broke. I only kept it because I live so far away to return it. Ber disappointed.

The microwave fits nicely on my Pantry’s counter. It works fine. It is a bit loud though. We decided that we can live with the noise for the 1 minute for warming the food.

I believe we received a defective one. Very difficult to work. It will not heat, I have to stop and restart every time for it to heat. I am returning it.

This is a good microwave. The description said it was quiet but it's so quiet sometimes I have to check to make sure it's still on. The only issue I have is the number panel is so dark that even with a light on it's hard to see the buttons

Bought this microwave to replace one we had in basement. It's great for warming small, simple meals. Has worked well so far! Gave 4 stars because I spent some time trying to disable the child lockout feature.

Along with a lot of other reviewers, I agree that the control panel needs to be back lit, or at least the numbers need to be brighter. Why should I turn a kitchen light on just to use the microwave?

$50 more than home depot. But its the same microwave I had before and I like it.

I hope this one lasts longer than 11 months. I love everything about this microwave. I had one exactly like it bought from Sams but it died in 11 months. I have a cabinet specifically for a microwave so this one has the dimensions I need. It ran great until it didn’t. It’s reasonably priced so I did purchase it again. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼.
