Good micriwave, went from a 1200W to this at 950. It really does take multiple times to get something hot. I needed a new one and thought i would downsize. It has a smaller footprint which is desirable. However, just know sometimes it will take twice as long to reheat.

This microwave is the right size for my kitchen and simple to use. I love the quick preset buttons and add 30 seconds button... I use them for almost everything. Defrost works great too. The best part for me is that it is easier to clean than my last one.

I have the microwave sitting on the counter with pleanty of side and back clearance. When i use it the cabinet gets so hot it scares me. Also the turn table even when sitting properly makes a jerking motion. I have always trusted GE until now. I would take it back to the store but no longer have the box. Very dissapointed.

I wish the number pad would light up.

Works great and looks great with the stainless steel trim. Only thing I wish it had was a key pad that lite up so I can see better.

Along with a lot of other reviewers, I agree that the control panel needs to be back lit, or at least the numbers need to be brighter. Why should I turn a kitchen light on just to use the microwave?
