[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave was a replacement for an old one that died. I bought this GE microwave because GE is a reliable and reputable brand. Love the modern look. Affordable, large enough inside for large dinner plates and casseroles, great wattage at 950. I like all the control buttons, just wish they were easier to read. I was surprised how loud it is when you first turn it on. Hopefully it’s not a bad sign that there’s something wrong with it. Other than the loudness, it heats up food great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to buy a new one my old one that I bought in 2020 was starting to go bad my new one which is the exact model as the old one a GE stainless steel unit that we love and I’m sure I’ll get many years of use out of is a nice unit the only thing that I have to get used to is you guys switch the 30 second button to the top of the menu which used to be on the bottom

Our microwave of 10 years finally bit the dust. Ran to Sams Club and found this. First one we got had a large dent on the side even though the box showed no sign of being dropped. Quickly replaced it with another one. Wasn't a fan of the menu selection simplicity compared to our original Magic Chef microwave but I think I would of been able to get use to it. How ever the power level button did not work. Nothing happened when selecting it (it did work once on the first item I used but shouldn't of been so hot after it was done). Now it just plain doesn't even work. Tactical feel of the touchpad is poor and question how long it would last. Going to return the second one an by another non GE brand.

Just purchased so we can't speak on it's reliability or it's overall heating. It does look nice. We like the large capacity. The interior light unfortunately is almost useless. One small led that does not project very well. As for the child lock complaints I read. It's is a one button simple unlock or a quick combo to disable altogether. Instructions are in the manual as well as an added sticker on the face of the microwave for those whom just plug and go without reading the manual 😀. Purchased on sale great value for the cost.

Replaced our 28 yr old sharp with this microwave in 2 months of easy use it is malfunctioning , making a continuous popping sound. On all levels, Even with water glass check. No it didnt do it right away. It is getting worse. Oh ,and I may not have sent in warranty info, lol. Hoping seller stands behind it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is a nice size for our kitchen countertop. We mainly use it for reheating food and it works nicely for us. However, the only thing that is easy to read on the control panel is the time. The other buttons on the panel blend into the background and we have to keep a flashlight nearby to see the buttons even with all the kitchen lights on.

I purchased this GE Microwave today and I am very pleased with the size. It fits perfectly with room to spare on both sides. Also, it’s very quiet and does a great job with cooking since we cooked some pasta according to the directions on usage and it turned out perfect!!! Definitely recommend this microwave to anyone looking to purchase one!

Bought today and sorry. I'll have to keep a flashlight next to the thing to read the menu. Years ago I had a microwave with the annoying trait with the cooking timer where it beeps until turned off by hand to announce that time is up. I can't believe this thing does the same thing.
