Came exactly as expected. It fixed the problem I had, so I have to give it 5 stars. It didn't install itself. That would have merited 6 I guess.

Excellent fit and easy install. Took two guys 30 minutes to add the extra length. Nothing tricky about it

Customer service helped identify the correct extension, and it shipped on time.

Fast shipping. Exactly what I was needing! Thank you

Part worked great, only drawback was the chain was missing, but went to bike shop and got it

Worked as advertised. Simple install directions

Instructions were not easy to understand.

Works great, was easy to install

I give it a 3 star because I don't like the way the tubes fit together its to sloppy of a fit.

Just what I needed. Didn't realize that my door was 8'
