So I love a firm mattress, but this one is even too firm for me. I woke up with pressure point pain for a month straight. One of the main reasons I chose ghost bed is because I read so many reviews that indicated that the return process is simple and trouble free....well it’s not. They say they’ll help and they do not. At all. The “help” is a suggestion to call a local charity to pick up the mattress. Well guess what, very few charities actually pick up mattresses and almost all the ones I talked to don’t even want them if you bring them. So, my recommendation is to consult with your local charities BEFORE buying the mattress to make sure you have a place to take it if you don’t like it. I’ve begged one of my local places to take the mattress if I bring it to them. It was only after much persuasion that they agreed.

So my husband has chronic back pain and he’s the type of man who tough it out :rolling_eyes:. Well I purchased the ghost bed for us without him knowing, told him about my purchase a couple days before it arrived. He was happy. Anything to try besides the dr were his words. So we set it up and everything. Well his back pain comes during the day, after working out and such. But when he goes to bed at night the pain goes away. He says it’s as if the bed straightens his back back out. All I know is I’m thankful it doesn’t take him 5-10 mins to get out of bed anymore, I’m thankful he isn’t in constant pain and can’t sleep, I’m thankful his pain doesn’t last for days anymore. And on my side of things I sleep so well I don’t notice our five year old climbing into the bed anymore.

We're only 2 weeks into our 101 day trial and are already thrilled with our king size Ghost Bed! We're definitely getting better sleep but to our surprise, my husband is waking up without the chronic shoulder pain that has plagued him for 2 years. He used to cover his shoulders in analgesic creams every morning to get moving but not anymore. That alone makes Ghost Bed a keeper for us but we're looking forward to more good things.

Needed a replacement for a 10 year old foam mattress. Ghostbed was rated high to the highest in price category on every comparison I could find. Unpacking was as simple as one could get. Mattress is firm which I like and works well with my adjustable base. Have only given 4 stars due to the fact I've only had it for 1 month and cannot attest to durability or comfort over extended period of time which is great due to sleep trial period. Overall I am very pleased thus far

I am a back and side sleeper. With my previous innerspring pillowtop mattress (which was only 5 months old) I felt as though I was sleeping in a "hole". Also I suffered from having my hands and arms "going to sleep" constantly. I'd wake up multiple times in the night with them tingling and numb and I'd have to move them and shake them to get the feeling back into them...very annoying. So far with the GhostBed mattress, none of these things are a problem. Of course, it is firmer than a pillowtop...but obviously that is what I needed. I'm very happy with how I am sleeping.

This mattress is incredible! Super comfortable and very soft. I can move without other things moving, good control. The pillows are the same: comfy, cozy and soft but not too much where your whole face is overtaken by the pillow. A perfect match! They’re pricey but honestly completely worth it if you don’t sleep well on your bed, or are just looking for something a little nicer. Best decision I ever made.

Great matress. The only bad thing is that it never inflated to it’s normality. I had to unzip the cover and that’s when I figured out that the glue used on some parts was preventing the foam to inflate. I carefully had to remove the glue from certain areas. The warranty is probably nulled it I did not want to go through the hassle of sending it back. Other than that, amazing customer service! Amazing matress!

I bought the Ghostbed Luxe because it was advertised as keeping me cool through the night. Not only did it NOT keep me cool, there is no support when sitting on the edge of the bed... I feel like I'm going to slide right off. Very disappointed for the amount of money I spent.

This is the best mattress I have ever had. It is very comfortable and it does not transfer motion. It sleeps very cool I no longer wake up sweating I put off a lot of body heat. The only thing I wish it was a little more stomach sleeper friendly. Our backs do not hurt nearly as much as they use to but on night that we roll over on our stomach we both wake up a little stiff but it goes away with the first few minutes of moving around. I also order 2 pillows with our mattress those do not get used very often we both found them too soft for our comfort.

Didn't work for me and woke up with back and neck pain for a month until I switched it out. Be aware that you need to keep the mattress for at least 31 days before you can return. I also got promotional pillows for free. I have to ship them back at my own cost or the price will be deducted from my refund. Since I didn't want the pillows and don't care for them I'm extremely annoyed by this policy. Very disappointed.
