Everything went very smoothly. The ordering process, shipping, and opening everything up. My only complaint is that the pillows and mattress have a very strange smell when first opened. Just needed a day or two to air out and then we were good to go!

I have purchased more expensive beds and still haven't slept as well as I do on the Ghost Bed. Having just got back from two vacations, my back was a mess! Even after staying at a high end resort, the bed left me a mess. One night on the GB and I'm good as new. I wake up pain free and well rested.

Our mattress can fairly firm, which is common, but we were slightly disappointed to not be able to sleep comfortably the first couple weeks and are still waiting to “break” it in. The main dissatisfaction came from the two pillows we ordered. They collapse easily and have zero support. They might be comfortable if you bought 4 and layered them on top of each other.

It was more firm than expected but still has a decent amount of give, yet firm enough you wont roll off the edge. Slept on it about 4 hours after opening. No weird smell after opening. I can move around at night without waking my partner. Very pleased with the mattress after having it for a few weeks.

Ordering a mattress online seemed crazy to me at first. I did tons of research first and even contacted customer service to ask a bunch of questions. I was reassured that I would be satisfied and if I wasn't, there was no liability for me. Just contact them for a refund within 101 nights. It only took me one night to fall in love with my ghostbed though. I will NOT be returning it. My wife even loves it and that's what matters the most. We have had this bed for jabout 3 weeks and so far we are in love with it!! Neither me or my husband have any back issues anymore! The ghost pillows took some getting used to but they feel like sleeping on clouds! The only thing we have a hard time understanding is that the bed forces us to the center no matter how close to the edges we are. Hense the 4 star review...

I'm there biggest critic. My husband was doubtful as well, especially for the price. We have been sleeping on the mattress for about 4 weeks now. I haven't slept this good since I was a teenager. It is hard to explain but this bed allievates my back and legs with even distribution of weight. You have nothing to lose! I love this mattress.

The first few nights were rough.. I was worried about it being so firm. I’m not sure when it changed for me, maybe halfway through the second week. I noticed that I wasn’t tossing and turning any more and that I was sleeping all night! My husband still has some shoulder pain and I still feel like it’s a tiny bit too firm but it hasn’t been quite a month so we still have plenty of the trial time left! It’s definitely a good idea to not allow returns until after 30 days because I was ready to return it after the first one but I’m glad I had to give it more time!
