great price, good supplies and winderful crochet patterns.

The kit came with a metal, silver, regular crochet hook (no wand hook). Called customer service to say they sent the wrong product, to which they responded that it was the right ISBN number, BUT they would send me another free of charge. Second kit came with another metal hook, no wand AND the package was damaged. So unbelievably disappointing. Not even sure who to call or how to fix this at this point.
