This gift, given to my granddaughter, was a hit! Although she does not know how to crochet yet, she enjoyed the story, characters and is looking forward to learning to crochet in the future.

absolutely love this, as someone who has loved the world of harry potter since the first movie came out. it has been a little tricky trying to relearn how to crochet. but definitely worth it!

patterns or ok but to small for me to work

I love the idea of this kit, but it's so hard to follow the instructions. The yarn is not labeled, and the instructions call for a specific color, but the yarn they give does not have any clear differences. It would also be nice if they added a counter or a pin to hold your starting position for your rows.

I bought this for & had it sent to a GGD. Didn't think about that she doesn't know how to crochet. I had to schedule a visit to teach her. This is not a beginner's project. However it is a good project for a person with minimal crochet skills. The yarn is reasonable, instructions are very good. Hook is cute but is on the poor quality side. I brought her a metal hook & she got along much better.

My ten year old daughter wanted this badly but upon opening the box, she found the instructions extremely hard to follow. After trying for some time, she gave up and wanted me to return the product.

For $25 you are barely able to make 1 character. They didn’t even give you certain colors to make certain characters. So you can only make Harry or Dobby, but not both. Maybe there is a yarn shortage. You can probably find instructions online and save your money.
