Customer service was great, the buying process was simple, the bed on the other hand is like a rock to sleep on for me and my husband, even after the "30 day break in period". It has honestly caused us more aches and pains then any bed we have ever owned. Definitely plan on returning. Super thankful for the trial period.

I am a cross fitter who works out 6-8 times a week and have had some back issues in the past , this bed keeps me well rested and not stiff in the morning , the mattress is firmer than I thought , I have only positive things to say about this mattress , I'll say it again Best choice I ever made !

I haven’t slept this well in years. Literally, it’s lights out when I lay down. I heard a lot about your products through the Drinkin’ Bros Podcast but I didn’t actually make the purchase for about a year. I should’ve pulled the trigger a long time ago.

3 Week in and I love this bed. This bed works for both my husband and me. He @200 lbs and I am @125lbs, there is no motion transfer so you never disturb your partner. The bed is firm but soft. I have some joint pain due to sport injuries, this bed eliminates most of the pain. We sleep in all positions side, back, and stomach. I would highly recommend this bed , I am counting on this bed feeling the same way in 6 months. Con: Ghost Bed should improve their customer service ie easy contact , and tracking information, this would send their sales into another hemisphere. My husband prefers a firm mattress and I prefer something more cushy. I was hoping this bed would suit our needs. There was no smell upon unpacking. Great. We purchased queen sized sheets to fit our full sized bed to insure the fit wouldn't limit the mattress expansion. Good call. I will note, this full sized mattress is about 5 inches less width than our previous/ old full sized mattress--- something to consider--so whereas a dull sized bed worked fine for us in the past, I'd recommend getting the Queen size for a 2 person bed option. So we have less space than before, even though more overall comfort. We will end us using this mattress as a guest bed and getting a larger size for us. My husband sweats less in this bed vs previous mattress. I can actually sleep on my back and this mattress understands my curves. I've exhaled a few times, "finally, a bed that gets me!" I recommend it. It's definitely a good value for your money.

I love the bed so far. However my wife is still unsure. We are hoping that it is just her adjusting to it. It sleeps like a firm matress but is soft when sitting on it. My back feels much better but my wifes is a little worse. Will update after a little more time goes by.

I found it very easy order, when delivered, my son and I were able to put the foundation together with in an hour and opened the mattress. I love how comfortable the mattress is for sleeping. The pillows are also very comfortable. I am a side sleeper. My son was impressed with how the mattress came and easiness of mattress.

Arrived a couple of days later than originally promised. Mattress overall looks and works as promised. Not comfortable for me 3 weeks into the trial yet but my wife likes it better. Hopefully we both get used to it but right now we are both fighting some back pains.

After the initial adjustment period my wife and I are sleeping well and feel refreshed in the morning....when we dont wake up so hot that we cant sleep anymore. Still playing with the thermostat now to get it right but if there was anything that would make us get rid of this bed it would be that. Otherwise we love it!

My son is a young adult of average weight and height. He is in excellent shape and sleeps on his side, back and stomach. I was concerned because the mattress is advertised as medium firm; would it be firm enough? Answer - YES!! He has never slept better and a 20 year warranty to boot!! I cannot wait to get mine!!
