We had a Temperpedic for years (way out of warranty) and for the most part, it did the job. However, over time it got harder and harder causing a lot of hip, shoulder and back pain, We got rid of it and got a Purple mattress. We tried it for 3 months. Fine at first then developed hip and back pain. (I have lots of problems from an accident years ago that broke my back, hips and neck). My daughter who had back surgery some time ago had gotten a Ghost and loves it. She told us about it so then we got one and are still going through the trial period but after the first month, it has been stellar. We have donated the Purple. We will see after a couple more months.

I contacted the company about getting an adjustable base and maybe getting a different mattress. The only response I received was it would be easier if you waited through the trial period then make changes. Mean while not having the right base under the mattress has made the mattress sink in spots.

for all of the convenience it's worth it. the mattress protector didn't ship properly somehow but GB rectified the issue and it arrived a week after everything else we ordered. other than the issue with the protector we are satisfied with our purchase.

I ordered the king foundation and classic mattress. The foundation was beyond easy to put together and extremely sturdy. I’m a very tall at 6’4” and 265 and it holds my wife and I will ease. The customer service was also top notch had a snafu with ordering on the website and got a call from the customer service folks and they took care of me In a snap. Very professional and very courteous. If you haven’t slept on a ghost bed your deprived

Even though I paid for the mattress I feel like I won. The price was incredible compared to other products. Truthfully while this was less expensive it was far better in most cases. I have slept on this now for over 3 months and it has made all the difference. My back pains have gone away. I sleep better and I am far more comfortable. I am a big guy 6'5" 380lbs and was concerned about sinking in not being comfortable. This was not at all the case there was far more edge support then my previous mattress and I am cool and comfortable while I sleep. If you are at all on the fence I would recommend doing it.

When I first got the Ghostbed I felt like it was too firm for my liking. My boyfriend loved it so we decided to try it for a while. We've been sleeping on it for about a month and I've grown to love it. I'm a hairstylist so I'm on my feet all day and it's killer on my back. I sleep so much better than I used to and wake up without pain.

Would give 5 but the delivery of products was not great. The cover came first then a day later the mattress the 3 days later the box spring. There was no way to tell which product was coming by the tracking number either so my son had to sleep on the couch for a few nights

We bought the King size, ordering was easy. Shipped right away and arrived sooner than expected. It took a couple of days to get used to the switch but now I feel so much better rested. The difference between the Ghostbed and a regular mattress is crazy. Better rest was a long bumpy road for my wife and I but look no further, Ghostbed is here.

I am a big girl, 250+ and my old mattress was just too soft to give me any comfort. I would wake up with back and hip pain. A memory foam topper (from this same company) brought a little relief. Was so excited to get my Ghost Bed, and then I came down with the Flu. I was in bed for many many hours due to being ill, and I didn't get achey and sore from laying in bed too long. Even my husband is loving it. He is having trouble getting out of bed in the morning because he is so comfortable. It does take a little adjustment, especially when you are coming from a pillow top mattress, but I wouldn't trade in my Ghost Bed now!

We previously had a traditional pillow top mattress and box spring and the difference between that and our new Ghostbed is easily noticeable. I enjoy that it's slightly firm but you still sink into it a bit. The only thing that takes some used to are that the edges don't have much support.
