At first I was very skeptical of this mattress after all it comes in a box. So I started reading reviews and seeing so many people like it and how good it was made me believe that they had to be bots and fake but kept reading on different locations including facebook and got convinced by matressinsider on youtube when he compared the Ghost with Purple which I was considering on buying, Well I pulled the trigger and has been the best thing I've probably done I have been sleeping very well and waking without any back pains, I recommended to a Coworker and he made the purchase and agrees with me on how awesome they are. I'm a lifelong insomniac, can rarely sleep more than 3 or 4 hours after being up for more than 36 hours. This of course creates challenges for my wife who's career requires her to have more regular and very long hours. My irregular sleep pattern would often wake her up even though we had one of the most highly rated pillowtops. She also sleeps very hot, so the cool technology was a huge win for her. Since we started sleeping on our GhostBed it has literally been a blessing for us both. I sleep more soundly with less movement, and whether I am lying down or getting up, it doesn't effect her sleep because there is no transference of movement. So basically I would have to rate this at the spiritual peace level because it literally has brought peace...

First let me start off by saying that I am a 40 yo woman with lower back pain. I had a spring mattress that was brand new in 2013 and it has been sinking on two sides for the past 2 years. Did not help with my morning pains. I have wanted to try a memory foam type mattress for a while and I have looked at all the reviews, blogs, talked to friends. I basically nauseated myself with all the research and this purchase was long overdue. I ultimately gave the Ghost Bed a chance because I wanted a mattress that was reasonably priced but on the firmer side of customer reviews to allow for more support for my lower back. I am mostly a side/stomach sleeper but working to convert to side/back. The first night...TERRIBLE. A couple of hours to decompress was not sufficient time and the mattress was hard as a rock. Over the next few days the mattress just completely sold me. I am now excited to go to bed, I wake up earlier than ever feeling more refreshed than I have in years. Also my back pains are not as frequent. Now I've only had this mattress for about 3 weeks but at this point I cannot see myself returning it. If you like a medium to firm mattress that is supportive and comfortable you have to give the Ghost Bed a shot. The two free pillows were nice too although I prefer feather pillows so I'm not sold on these yet. In the end I was purchasing a mattress and not pillows so my 5 star review stands at the moment. Oh one last thing - I had been seriously considering another brand that starts with a C but based on other customer reviews I learned it was a very comparable mattress in quality, firmness, etc. All things being equal I decided to go with the less expensive choice because who doesn't want to save some money. I hope everyone enjoys their Ghost Bed as much as I do.

Ordering was easy, simple and straight forward. Bed shipped quickly, arrived on time and was easy to set up. It came wrapped in plastic inside a box. Unbox it, let it sit a few hours and its good to go. I'm not sure what bed firmness scales are based on, this bed lists at being on the soft side of medium however I would rate it on firm side of medium. Its not park bench hard but you do sleep right on top of the mattress. Given the materials its made from I thought it would have a cushier feel. Giving it some more time to see if it 'breaks in'. Not being to thick the bed works very well on our adjustable frame. So far neither of us have experienced waking up in the morning with any back pain or aches.

My husband and I love this bed. We've had it for a couple weeks. Honestly, it was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time! We used to have a California King. It was just a mattress on the floor, it had springs and would constantly stab me in the back. The first night we had this bed I slept great! We both sleep like babies. Sleep, sex, and just chilling on the bed is the best now! Thanks ghost bed

I thought that since having back problems and reading all the reviews this mattress would be the end all to my sleep problems but boy was i wrong. This mattress is way too firm for me and actually hurts my back even more. I toss and turn through the night and barely get rest i ended up sleeping on my couch. But the pillows are AMAZING

This is a really great mattress and softer than our old 18 year old mattress but I wish it was just a bit softer and I probably should of gotten the king size. It's great for stomach sleeping and that is what we mainly do so having softer may not be the best with how we sleep... but would love just a tiny bit softer. We sleep well and better than old mattress.

The sleep that I have gotten since getting this mattress is unreal! I tend to toss and turn a lot, and my sleep is generally fairly restless; but in the month since I’ve had this mattress, I’ve slept straight through the night and often wake up much more energized than I’m used to with my old Serta. Definitely a life changer, and I even got my roommate to get a ghostbed as well! This is now a ghostbed household.

I love my ghost bed! This is my second bed that I bought for my spare room. I have had my original bed for over 5 years now and it’s still amazing! So I made the leap for my guest room. So people staying can also be comfortable! Thanks for making a great product!

I have never slept better. Firm, comfortable, my arms don't "go dead" at night anymore! I did HOURS of research, so save yourself the trouble, this is the one. If you have the money go for the LUXE as the only thing I didn't like was the height of the bed. While is Higher then most all of it's competitors ay 11" not 9", I was used to a pillowtop, a very high bed, this sat a tad lower so I put lifts under the support frame, bam, fixed! But I see the Luxe version is 13"... whatever you choose GHOSTBED is awesome!
