Too stiff , causing hip pain and shoulder arms to fall asleep

I sleep on the edge of the bed and there is not enough support there to keep me from rolling off

It was definitely more comfy than my old bed, but not comfy enough to relieve my back issues.

I found this mattress too firm, not good at all for side sleepers like me. I intend to return it.
