Not too hard not too soft. We are in love with the mattresses! We will not go back to our other very expensive mattress!

Really comfy bed. A little more "mushy" than I hoped for, but definitely not as bad as most memory foam beds. Very happy :)

My wife and I both have back and hip problems. We are both sleeping pain free and very comfortably! Great deal and great bed!

I really did not think it was going to be this awesome, got the box spring and 2 pillows too. Worth every cent!!

Overall this is a pretty great cover. My only complaint is that it's a bit loose, because it's obviously meant for deeper mattress.
