Love the bed. I’m enjoying the sleep. My sister even slept in the bed when I went away and she loved it. I would recommend it to anyone I know.

Bed is comfortable and maintaining its shape so far. We have not had to contact customer service so cannot comment on that.

He is constantly hot. So he needed a cool bed to sleep on. The fact it's as soft as it is, adds to the bonus. We love it. Definitely worth it
