I have only slept one night on my new bed, but there were no problems at all! I waited till the weekend in case I would struggle falling or staying asleep on the unfamiliar mattress. I shouldn't have worried! It was great.

It’s been two months with the new bed. For the first few weeks I did think the bed was a bit too firm. I no longer feel that way. It provides good support and is soft enough for me – 6’ 195lbs.

We ordered this mattress and a frame on July 4th. The estimated delivery date was July 12th. The frame was delivered three days early on the 11th, but only an "in progress" status for the mattress. By July 16th I requested a status update and was told I would get one in 24-48 hours. The update, after waiting morr than 48 hours, was they were backed up because of the holiday and would be shipping them out. July 19th, we called to request a cancelation as there still was no updated shipping info. I was told it would be 27-48 hours to hear if they accepted the cancelation.It is now July 24th, and I have not heard anything. I don't know if the mattress will show up one day or if they canceled it. Horrible.

I'm having some trouble with my back. Must wait to see what is actually causing it. Hope not the bed!

Best sleep I've gotten in years. Definitely recommending to friends and colleagues. And not overly priced like the other boxed beds.

Came in a timely fashion,easy to open box, put in place and had the best night sleep and probably 10 years! would definitely recommend to friends

No more lower back pain. It's not a hot mattress which is also a plus. Conforms to your body but you don't do sink in. Just love it

Good bed but I got the wrong size was probably on me and took two years to figure it out but still two stars for two years
