No joke. I actually the serta icomfort in my store. I chose this bed based on some reviews and the buy back guarantee. It sleeps equal to my comfort and at over half the cost. My daughter now sleeps on the serta and we are enjoying the ghost bed. Hoping for another program soon to purchase one for my mom.

First experience with the whole mattress in a box thing, took a few days of reading/viewing reviews and talking it over as a couple.Narrowed it down to Ghostbed based on reviews, price point, warranty, trial period, had very good customer service helping me with questions, which is a huge plus.So my wife and myself decided this is what we would go with. Had a labor day special going on, had a little off the price, and two free pillows, we also bought the protection cover for it. We bought the king size and decided we would put it on our existing bed frame and box spring. Order was placed on a Thursday evening and mattress and pillow s were here by that Saturday evening, the protective cover came about one week later. So far I am pretty satisfied with the mattress and the pillow. Was having trouble sleeping on our old mattress, was causing me to not be able to get good sleep and getting out of bed in the morning really sore and stiff in my lower back, wife was having the same problems. Now I get much more restful sleep and wake up with far less pain than before. Only gave it 4 stars for the fact that have only been sleeping on it for about 30 nights. If asked, I would recommend the Ghostbed, and hope I have years of comfort ahead of me with this mattress.

Bought this bed because I would wake up after an hour in our old bed and my back would be killing me and would feel like every muscle was tensed. Read that your body has to get use to the bed, well mine didn't. I woke up the next day refreshed and not hurting a single bit for once. It holds up well, I'm around 250lbs and it doesn't have a problem supporting me. Also got two ghost pillows, highly recommend them too.

I was skeptical at first with buying this bed. Especially since I have never heard of them, much less never been on memory foam mattress.we had a sleep number bed which was good for awhile but was getting old and saggy. I did a lot of research and for the price and warranty Ghostbed was the way to go. We have had it for a month now wife and I are sleeping great on it. It does take a week or two of getting used to but after coming from a crappy bed that's understandable . Shipping was fast and came with three pillows and a t shirt. It's heavy so there is some setup effort but with 2 people it's not a problem. Has just the right bounce and firmness for sleeping or other activities . Looks like I won't need to use the 101 night free trial .

We had the Original Temper-pedic mattress it was 15 years old and needed to be replaced. We looked at the new mattresses Temper-pedic had to offer and they are not the same as the one we loved. This made us start looking around for other opinions. After a lot of research and some testing we ordered the GhostBed Classic. I am happy to announce it was the best decision we made! It is so comfortable. My husband is a belly sleeper and I am a side sleeper this mattress is very similar to our old Temper-pedic we loved, and it is only 1/4 the price!

We bought the bundled queen bed, foundation, pillows and protective cover - great price and instant results! Noticed quickly we weren’t tossing and turning all night and our backs didnt hurt in the morning. The only bummer was when we opened the foundation box and realized we would have to put it “completely” together. Make sure you have plenty of space, the correct tools ready, a variable drill to speed up the process and a patient assistant. Took over an hour to put together... I ordered the ghostbed after considering similar options, like casper, and after reading the superior reviews for ghostbed. It was easy to order and was delivered within a few days. The texture of the bed took some getting used to. I agree with other reviewers that this bed is pretty firm and I ended up buying an additional foam mattress topper. With the mattress topper I am sleeping well and waking up without stiffness. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

They say this bed is like a 7 on the stiffness, it is more like a 9. I am a 6'4" 290lbs guy and I barely sink into this mattress. I may sink in an inch or two at the most. My wife is 5'1" and small framed and she doesn't sink in the mattress at all, she has to put a mattress pad on her side for comfort. This may be returned at the end of our sleep trial. Hoping for the best but right now it isn't looking good. The one thing positive I can say so far is that with this mattress there are ZERO pressure points. With a typical mattress I could feel where the springs were, this would hit certain areas of my back, hips, shoulders etc. with this mattress there are no areas like that, your weight seems to be evenly distributed. I am still waiting for that one great nights sleep, I am being very hopeful as the amount of money I paid for this mattress has me crossing my fingers!

So far The GhostBed mattress is okay. The mattress seems high quality and we unpacked it without problems. Initially it was quite comfortable, but after just a few nights sleep we realized that once we sink down past the soft layer it is a rather firm mattress and does not conform to our bodies as we hoped. We are a bit overweight, so that is certainly a factor. I also realize that mattress comfort varies wildly between people, and we were really not interested in trying to return it (since I've already learned that GhostBed is impossible to work with when I had issues with the bedframe). We also didn't want to start the process over with another brand. So we purchased a separate topper and overall the combination works well and it is much more comfortable.

We purchased a queen mattress just about 6 weeks ago and absolutely love it. The customer service we received was exemplary and we would definitely recommend Ghost Bed to our friends and family. Thank you so much we are once again sleeping like babies and waking feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day!
