First off, this company is wonderful. We didn’t have any issues with our order or shipping. It actually got delivered very quickly. Our issue is the firmness of the mattress. If you want a mattress on the firmer/somewhat soft side, this is the mattress for you! Unfortunately, if you are like us and only like soft soft mattresses, this isn’t the mattress for you. Will be returning after our 30 day trial!

I was so excited once my bed arrived. It was very firm and initially thought it wasn't for me. After speaking to customer service and was informed how to break it in faster, I now LOVE it. If you are used to having a soft pillow top bed keep in mind it takes anywhere from 30-60 days to break it in and become used to the firmness of the memory foam / gel layers. My body feels better in the morning. The bed is great! It is very firm which I am still getting used to but overall a good mattress.

We knew we needed a new mattress, did the homework, listened to our chiropractor and bought this one. Both of us are waking up without the aches and pains and sleeping more soundly. Quality and materials are first rate AND watching it come to life out of the box--very cool!

I actually stumbled upon the GHOSTBED and within ten minutes I had ordered it without looking at any others. I was concerned that I had acted hastily, and when it arrived I had more questions, but upon opening it and seeing it expand into its full size the questions stopped. My first night sleeping on the Ghostbed was incredible, to say the least. I am prone to bouts of insomnia and have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. I never equated this to what I was sleeping on but after a few nights sleeping on this mattress, I can see a huge difference. I can't say that it has cured my insomnia but it sure hs helped. I have never slept on a more comfortable mattress. I am so glad that I made this purchase and would recommend this to anyone in need of a good night's sleep. I purchased on impulse, without shopping but is proving to be one of the best purchases I have ever made.

I left my sleep number bed in Cali, S o I need a bed in idaho, and heard this is a great bed. So I bought one and I have to say. I love it as much as my other bed. Its definitely a amazing bed, it's soft but firm I love it! The pillows are thick, but then again I really like thin pillows! I would recommend this bed tho!!

We bought our new ghost bed on Thanksgiving and it was at our house two days later. The whole process was super easy and we have been sleeping like angels. More firm than our last bed, but it is very comfortable and we aren’t waking up stiff and sore anymore. I recommend it to everyone! The pillows rock too!

Very comfortable mattress has definitely improved my quality of sleep the only downside other than obviously the wait and trying to move it is if you come close to the edge you basically roll off because there's no strength around the edge of the mattress so when my kids crawl in bed with us and force me to the edge that gets a little hairy

I love the bed. I love the fact that it does keep me a lot cooler at night compared to my other bed. I do sleep a lot better without waking up in the middle of the night to kick of the sheets because the bed over heats like my previous bed. I'd recommend this to a friend.

After just one night I must say that next to buying this house this mattress is my next greatest investment next to the adjustable base of course!! Again I’m just in love with my whole bed, the mattress feels so good!! I think the bed is one of humankind’s greatest inventions and I like getting my good rest and sleep!! I was worried about getting a bed I hadn't touched before. I watched Youtube videos and did my homework. When it arrived the foundation was a snap to put together. The cover went on simple and neat. The bed was fascinating to watch ... inflate- is that the word to use? Then I sat on it and was even more worried. It felt hard as a rock. I thought no way was I going to be able to sleep on it. I was wrong. I wake less. I toss and turn less. My husband can get into bed late and I don't know he's done so. Somehow its not hard. Its strange. It still feels hard, but its not. I've no idea how to explain it. I haven't woken up yet with a sore back or body part and I've had back surgery! I also bought the Ghostbed pillow. Oh My Gosh, the pillow! My one complaint about the pillow is it's simply not thick enough to make my head feel level with my body. Maybe if I were a back sleeper it would be perfect. I use is as a snuggle pillow instead of a head pillow, it's so soft and just holds and supports. I so wish it were thicker. I really am thinking of buying another and with 2 under my head I think it would be the right height for me. It's only been a short while since I've had the bed. My mom is coming up from FL to test it but I'm sure she'll get one too. I'm very happy. My daughter is considering it as well. I think you've turned us into a Ghost living family :)
