We recently purchased the King Ghost Bed based on various reviews from multiple websites. We also ordered the bed frame. The order came within a few days and fortunately we had dolly available because the bed box was HEAVY. It only took a few hours for it to "inflate" itself and we were able to sleep on it that night. No odor what-so-ever. I was surprised. I read that it can take up to a couple of weeks to adjust to a foam mattress, but no. I woke up the next day with no back pain or discomfort. We've had the bed for a few weeks now, and both comment on how well we sleep each night. Very comfortable. We received three Ghost Pillows and those are great, too! I put my previously purchased cooling gel pillow in the guest room. I thought it was perfect, until I got the Ghost Pillow. All-in-all, great product. I'm waiting to see if it sinks, like all other "regular" mattresses do over time. So far so good.

If you want the most amazing sleep of your life YOU NEED THIS BED! I've never experienced this amount of comfort in my life, I've went 26 years of my life sleeping on garbage spring mattresses, this was the best money I've ever spent. Period. Thank you Ghostbed for the best sleep of my life.

Best bed I have ever purchased. I wake up everyday feeling as if I have had a full nights rest. I have also noticed I have a lot more energy throughout the day versus my old mattress. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone looking on purchasing a bed that is high quality. Thanks ghost bed for making my life easier!

We bought this bed after we were finding outselves hot and uncomfortable in our current bed. It was time for a new mattress regardless but the Drinkin Bros podcast is sponsored by Ghostbed and they all were raving so we figured why not!?! Awesome decision! I'm 8 months pregnant and was really struggling with sleep. The first week took some adjusting from our pillow top so we would find ourselves a little tight in the mornings but here we are a month later and we sleep like we're dead. Awesome investment! Who knew a bed from a box would be so great! LOOOOVE our ghost pillows... some people say they smell like pine which is true but it's not over powering and doesn't keep me up at night so, oh well!

I'm there biggest critic. My husband was doubtful as well, especially for the price. We have been sleeping on the mattress for about 4 weeks now. I haven't slept this good since I was a teenager. It is hard to explain but this bed allievates my back and legs with even distribution of weight. You have nothing to lose! I love this mattress.

i'm not going to say its transforming my life but its a king under a grand. i'm also a warm sleeper and love the temperature when its warm out. not horrible for a daytime nap either with a window in the afternoon sun. i would recommend it and do not regret spending the money.

Was very easy to set up and it expanded very quickly. Not as strong an initial smell as I was expecting. The mattress itself was firmer than I thought it would be, but I’m comparing it to a soft (I think it was rated a 5) spring mattress, and I laid a pad on top of it. I got used to this one after about 3 weeks and now I love it. It’s perfect for just laying back and watching tv/doing work. I’m a side sleeper and have woken up a few times with an ache in my lower back, but it’s because of the awkward way I sleep.

First of all, let me say I love my Ghost Bed and it has significantly reduced my back and hip pain that I used to get from my other mattress at night. But the transition was not as seamless as I thought it would be. Having slept on a memory foam pillow for decades, I thought transitioning to a Ghost Bed would be easy peasy. Memory foam pillows cured my intense neck pain, and I know what they are like: weirdly hard/firm, but somehow contouring, and they can sleep hot, plus there is no "bounce" or pillowy feel to them. I know all that, and was sleeping on a Sealy mattress that was causing me pain. I had to take a 12-hour pain reliever before bed to sleep more than 5 hours a night without waking up in pain. Yet when I git my Ghost Bed it felt so weird -it freaked me out. I am 5' 10" and I am heavy. Went I sat on the mattress, I felt like it was creating this big bowl and I was at the bottom. I thought, "Oh my god, I am too heavy for this mattress and it is clearly way too soft for me!" Yet laying on it I fwlt suppoemrted and good. But when I was laying on it, it would feel unyielding...I worred it was too hard! The first week my back muscles were sore...like they were being streched out (which they were), and that made me nervous. But for the 1st time in years, I cpuld sleep on my back necasue the mattress cradled and supported me so well. Ibwas feeling great, and sleepi g really well after 3 weeks...but the weirdness of the Ghost Bed, compared to a tradational mattress, still freaked me out. Then vame the nigjt I slept away from home on a regular mattress again. It felt terrible! It litterally felt like the tension and springs were trying to push me up, and offn the bed. Contact points were painful and I missed the feel of my bed cradling and supporting my body and pressure points. I am a total convert and never going back.

I purchased our king size Ghostbed mattress for a couple of reasons. First, my wife and I were tired of our old spring mattress, and looking to graduate from a queen to a king. Second, we’d read all kinds of “mattress in a box” reviews, and were really impressed with what we read about Ghostbed (comfortable, affordable, quality, etc). The buying process was really easy and the mattress arrived in no time. We were excited to give it a go, but, my first night on it was pretty rough. My wife slept like a baby, but I couldn’t get comfortable and woke up pretty sore. I was really disappointed. But I did a little research and found that (for some of us) it takes some time for our bodies to adjust to sleeping on a memory foam mattress. My second night was better. And things have continued to improve (much to the delight of my wife, who loved it from the first night on). Now, two weeks in, I love our new mattress. My problem now isn’t being uncomfortable, but too comfortable. I’ve been getting a deep, restful sleep, and don’t want to leave my Ghostbed when the alarm goes off. Thanks for making a great product, Ghostbed, and I’m so glad my excitement has been rewarded.

This mattress is a amazing upgrade from what we had. We were using a hand-me-down serta mattress before we ordered our ghost bed. This bed makes a huge difference in the quality of sleep we get. I would definitely recommend the bed to anyone who is looking for better sleep. The mattress is awesome and it's left us feeling refreshed every time we wake up! The only problem is you'll be so comfortable that you won't want to get out of bed in the morning to go to work!
