I purchased this bed on moving into a new apartment. It did not have any smell after opening, and the day after I got it, I fell asleep on it accidentally. It is quite comfortable for both sleeping and reading, and does not get too warm. I am pleased with my purchase.

My husband and I were having back issues from sleeping on our old, worn out, spring mattress. My sleep quality really suffered and I would wake up in the middle of the night from pain. Since receiving this bed approx. 3 months ago I have only woken up in the middle of the night a handful of times and it was usually due to a weird dream or over heating. I think I may need to change to a level 1 comforter instead of a level 2 so that I am not hot at night. I hope this review has been helpful.

I can't say we are terribly happy about the bed. We are actually looking to see if there are better options for us. My husband sleeps hot and we read reviews indicating this bed helps one stay cool at night. I was never one to sleep hot myself but am finding myself sleeping without any sheets at night because the bed hold in so much heat. We will likely be returning the bed as we are sleeping worse on this mattress than our previous mattress.

This is probably the most satisfying purchase I’ve made in my whole adulthood of 30 years. I didn’t realize how bad my old traditional mattress was until I slept on this beauty. My GhostBed was delivered quickly, set up easily, and I slept on it the first night- ALL night... like a baby. My sleep app has even noticed that I’ve been getting more “restful sleep” so I’m tossing and turning less. As soon as I lie down, my eyes close and it’s off to dream land. In all seriousness, the ghost bed is very comfortable- it’s like sleeping on a giant marshmallow that’s been left out of the bag for a day. Oh, you thought I was going to say it was like sleeping on a cloud? Nope. I say marshmallow because although it’s super soft, there’s just enough firmness for those of us who are stomach sleepers. I don’t like the feeling of sinking; GhostBed is more of a contouring dip, not sink, that hugs your body. I have no complaints of being too warm. The ghost pillows are THE BOMB, they stay forever cool- brining an end to all night pillow flipping to find the cool side. The ONLY con to the ghost mattress comes from my almost 4 year old- he can’t jump as high because of the lack of springs. Although, he does like the softness of the GhostBed when he’s being a superhero and flying across the room to land on my bed.

I have been late to work since I got my GhostBed. I sleep like a champ now. To be honest the first morning after I got the bed I woke up with some back pain...I am thinking my body needed to adjust to the awesomeness. Now I have less back pain then ever before and I sleep really well. Thanks to my GhostBed!

I purchased a ghost bed a month ago, and I tried it for 30 days but it didn't work for me. The mattress wasn't firm enough. When me and my wife were in the bed together she would roll into the middle of the bed. I talked with customer service on three different occasions and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and mattresses in general but the memory foam mattress is not for me. So I have Habitat for Humanity coming to pick it up today. If you like memory foam mattresses this is a good company.

We ordered the King size Mattress and two Pillows. The pillows are great very happy with them. The Mattress came packed as described was much easier than I had expected to deal with and position. We left the mattress to expand for about 3 hours and then made up the bed. Tip: take the mattress out of the box at the door and do not bring the box inside, it will be bery dirty from shipping. Ee walked/rolled the compressed mateess to the bed and simply followed the directions from there. We have been sleeping on the mattress for about three weeks; agree that it is a medium/firm mattress. Very happy so far and would not hesitate to order a Mattress again.

I was surprised how quickly the GhostBed was delivered. Once it arrived we unpacked it and let it fully rise. The first night or two were comfortable, but the bed really shines after about a week or so. I think it needs time to fully expand. I would definitely recommend the GhostBed.

This mattress is unbelievable. My fiancé and I have both suffered from chronic back pain and restless nights of poor sleep. We tried all kinds of supplements, sleep aids, stretching, and hours of research trying to figure out how to alleviate the discomfort and get a good night sleep. We ran across the ghost bed while researching another mattress. Read the reviews and decided what the heck lets get it. If we don't like it we can return it for free & get our money back. Why not give it a try....the process was easy to order it, customer service was amazing, and I don't know if this is common but we got our mattress in 24 hours after ordering it!!!! The 1st night we slept on it we couldn't believe how good we slept. I didn't even feel him get up to pee in the middle of the night. I woke up rested and didn't need to take a mid day nap. Best of all, I didn't need 10 min to get my back to stop spasming so I could stand up! We both couldn't believe we were waking up with no pain AND AFTER ONLY 1 NIGHT! We've been sleeping on this mattress now for about a month and every morning we wake up pain free and rested. I wish I'd tried this sooner. I regret all those days we suffered with back pain, and being miserable grumps because we weren't getting any sleep. I freaking love this mattress.

The mattress is not cooling, in fact maybe the opposite and retains heat. Its way too hard for a side sleeper, I wake up in pain most mornings. My partner also has a lot of back pain when he wakes up. Want to return it but apparently have to wait till the 30 days is up and THEN try to deal with shoving the huge mattress that came compacted back into the box it came in and THEN be able to return it. Not worth it considering other brands will actually pick the mattress up if you don't like it. Also got the pillows which are way too soft, in the morning I wake up completely sunken into the pillows, so much so that it feels like there isn't a pillow there. I feel like the hassle of not being able to return it is what they rely on so people keep the mattress. Next time i'll have to do more research on return policies before I buy it.
