I got exactly what I ordered delivered early (even in the Christmas rush). Super comfortable after an easy set up. I recommend you position the box near where the bed is going to stay, 'cuz it's heavy and doesn't transfer easily from one room to another without help. Would buy another one if I needed a new mattress.

I was so excited to get this mattress that I went home on my lunch break, 30 minutes each way, just to make sure that my bed was unpacked and ready for me that night. When I initially laid down I noticed it was firm, but thought "hey...its supportive ". By the morning my back was a knot and I had spent the entire night tossing and turning. Not to be deterred I sent my children in, clad in clean socks to; jump, roll, bounce, and belly flop on the bed . Which unfortunately did little to soften the memory foam. Lets fast forward to the end of week one. Me not having had a good nights sleep in nearly 8 days, I had become unrecognizable to friends and family. I was up to intravenous intake of coffee and those around me begged me to do something about this. Which leads me to the biggest issue that I had with this whole thing, the return policy. 30 days... 30 days is the minimum before you can return this bed. Thats absurd. This is, with no hyperbole, one of the most uncomfortable mattresses that I have ever slept on. And the thought of not having a good nights sleep for 22 more days made cringe. After several calls and chats I had still had nothing positive to report...No exchange, no return, no solution other than "people who report the mattress as being too firm love it by day 90" ; maybe.... So I decided, "Im stuck" Ill keep this thing for 30 days, I can manage that. I couldn't. I travel a lot for work, 2 to 3 days a week, and coming home to that mattress made me anxious. As any road worrier knows there is a certain longing for ones own bed. A feeling of being home and comfortable, like a big hug. For me it was the opposite . I dreaded that mattress. Knowing that I would be tossing and turning and would wake up with my back and neck crumpled like every receipt I have ever gotten. It was finally time that I put up a stand. I call again, and still nothing, but worse it appears that no one has been tracking my calls and complaints. I hung up the phone and opened my computer. I order a different mattress and leaned the ghost bed up against the wall. Where it will remain, watching me sleep, until I can return it.

I wasn't sure what to expect and after the first night on our new mattress (first night was rough with body getting adjusted), it's been smooth sailing ever since. I will definitely recommend Ghostbed to anyone. As long as the warranty holds up (which looks amazing on paper), then I will have no problem recommending it to friends and family.

It is a deliciously comfortable bed. No smell and perfect for a medium soft bed. My husband loved it. I just need a firmer mattress. If I was 20 years younger it would’ve been perfect but they were amazing with the return process. I totally recommend the bed and the company if you like a medium soft mattress.

We decided to treat ourselves to a new bed as a gift to ourselves. After reading tons of reviews and brushing up on different mattress types, we finally settled on the Ghost Bed as a good combination of price and quality. What a great decision! We are sleeping so much better. One thing we worried about was whether it would sleep too hot, but it doesn't heat up any more than our old coil mattress. And it's so much more supportive! We wondered if we could believe what other people say about one night on a new mattress healing all of their aches and pains. Well, it sure did. We've had the mattress a couple of weeks now and we still comment every morning about how great our lower backs feel, and how weird it is to get up without needing a moment to stretch out the kinks. From day one. So awesome! Our only complaint has nothing to do with the mattress. While it did ship fast, the box was a bit beat up when it arrived, and there didn't seem any way to track the shipment. We were supposed to get an email when it shipped, and we never did. It showed up within the predicted time frame, but it was frustrating to not be able to track it. I would (and already have) recommend this mattress to others!

I purchased the Ghostbed mattress to replace a pillowtop I had had for some time. The Ghostbed is so much more comfortable and considerably cooler. It is very firm for this type of mattress, which was important to me since I have arthritis and need a lot of support. The delivery was very prompt,and it was easy to set up.

I'm 3 weeks into using the GhostBed Mattress. I'm amazed. The shipping/delivery process was seamless. Set up was a breeze. I'm impressed with how you don't feel any pressure points when lying on this mattress. You don't have that 'sinking' feeling like you do with other foam mattresses, and as soon as you stand up, it bounces right back. It was definitely firmer than I had expected, which is great, because I prefer a firmer mattress. I would definitely recommend a GhostBed mattress!

My body feels better. Taking a little bit to get used to it after switching from a much softer matress. My only complats are that the base and matress covers don't match and the sheets I got became discolored after the first wash. Since those are just cosmetic issues I'm not to worried, but it did keep me from giving it 5 stars

I had high hopes for this mattress but it just not right for me and my husband. It’s more firm than I would have expected. The first couple of night I found it very difficult to change positions while sleeping. I hoped that with time the mattress would break in and be easier to move around. It has become a bit easier, but now I feel like I roll to the edge involuntarily at night. Once we reach the 30 day mark we wlll be requesting a return.

My husband and I had been looking into many options for a new bed and decided on this one . The very first night was fantastic ! I slept soundly and woke up with none of the usual morning pains I usually had . Will never want a different kind of mattress
