I bought this mattress instead of using another online retailer primarily because of the many positive reviews and the low price point. This mattress is definitely firm - I was kind of expecting it to be a little softer even though many reviews noted how firm it is. All of the extremely positive reviews set my expectations a little too high. This mattress is not a miracle, but it is pretty comfortable and I noticed less tossing and turning to get comfortable.

Customer service excellent!!! This was our four purchase. We have always loved our beds. This time mattress did not inflate. The replacement had the same issue. Very disappointed in quality of product. Return was handled promptly and CS was very helpful.

We bought this mattress after too much research and with some lingering hesitation. One of us is quite large and the other quite small. We both sleep so well that we no longer prefer a hotel mattress to our own. The transference of motion is lower than our spring mattress and my husband no longer wakes me when he gets out of bed.

This is our second time purchasing a ghostbed mattress. We are still very happy with the comfort and supportive nature of the original mattress. We will probably purchase another one for our guest room even. We are very impressed and won't be shopping anywhere else for our nights are filled with long and restful sleeps.

My partner and I just ordered our Ghost Bed King Mattress a few weeks ago. So far, we are loving it! I sleep soundly each night! At first, I wasn't so sure; I knew it felt great, but it was just different than our previous mattress. After a few days, I knew it was right! I also enjoy the GhostPillow, but I wish they made them in a king size and were just a little thicker! Very pleased with our purchase and have been recommending to friends and family!

This bed adapts to my body and keeps me comfortable throughout the night. Unlike my last mattress, this bed has no springs which adds to the comfy effect. I highly recommend it.

I have had one of the original ghost beds from 2016 which I’ve loved since the day I got it. I tried to buy another one to enjoy another 10+ years. I don’t know what the difference is/was but it’s not the same at all. I don’t want to go through what I heard would be a hassle to return, but I just might have to.

We have had it for a couple of months and think the bed is great. I immediately had reduced back and hip pain. It took a little bit to get used to sleeping so much higher on the bed instead of sinking down. You may need to add another blanket if you are used to the bed enveloping you a little.

It took about a week to get used to, but after getting all the kinks out on how a proper mattress is supposed to feel like. Man... It has definitely been a game changer! Like many others, I found the mattress firmer than expected. It seems kind of pointless to buy a memory foam mattress if its going to feel like a basic Sealy or Serta. As a side sleeper, I don’t feel any less relief of pressure on hips or shoulders, compared to a foam topper.
