It's the best bed I have ever owned actually. It gives great support and I wake up in the morning without pain. I have herniated discs in my lumbar spine and have had multiple spine surgeries because of them, so waking up each day without pain is very difficult to accomplish. It's also very resistant to movement transfer so I do not wake my wife up when I move around or get up or on the bed.

Hello all, so far everything is good, but I just started to use the bed at mid august 08/15/2017 I moved to a new house and we were not done with renovations until that date then we put together the bed. So I hope you'll give us some more time to try it better. Cheers!

We've had our Ghostbed for almost 3 weeks now!!! We both had back issues with our pilliow top, so we decided to try the Ghostbed! BEST decision ever!!!! We actually go to bed early most nights, because we can't wait to get our amazing nights sleep! I don't wake up multiple times anymore and I feel my husband and dogs moving around! When I wake up in the morning I feel so well rested!!! Best investment ever!!!

I like that it is a firm mattress (good for someone with two back surgeries and told by Dr I needed firm) but I’m much lighter then my husband so I would like to order a memory foam mattress topper to help with my pressure points. I’m mainly a back sleep but lay on my side a little as well.

I recently bought a second ghost bed to upgrade from my queen. I couldnt be happier. I shopped around and came down to ghost bed and purple and for the price ghost bed seemed to be a better deal. Great product extremely helpful customer support everything about this company was beyond satisfactory!

We have been using our new mattress for almost 2 weeks now and we have no complaints thus far. My husband is also loving the pillow, although I have not switched over yet. We were surprised that we could only get a standard pillow, yet the sheet set we received was with the king pillowcases. Overall, we are very pleased.

The best sleep ever!!! The pillows really "dot the I'd and cross the t's". I have always had sleeping problems, but not any more! Am highly recommending the GhostBed to everyone. I also like the company's socially conscious policies; a significant factor in our choice. Thank you!

I have only slept on my new mattress for 5 nights. I purchased the bed based on a recommendation from a friend who had lower back pain before sleeping on their ghostbed. My lower back is still sore, but I am sure I just need to adjust. I purchased a queen, but it does feel small than a queen. Overall, all is good thus far.

My husband and I recently bought a king sized ghostbed and cover after much research and reading hundreds of reviews. It came in 24 hours- ship time to us was ridiculously fast, which was great. The packaging was easy to manage and it was cool to watch it expand and fill. We were hopeful it would be as amazing as all the reviews claimed. I suffer from lower back pain so was especially excited since many reviews claimed ghostbed was a lifesaver. I woke up feeling fine after the first night, but as the day went on my back just froze up more and more until I was in a huge amount of pain. It probably took a full week and a half (and several chiropractic appointments) for my body to "adjust". My husband was also waking up stiff and sore every day when he has never had any issues before. We committed to the full 30 day trial and although it got less painful it was still much (MUCH) firmer than we anticipated. We were waking up sore and went from being excited to lay down after a long day to feeling "meh" at best about the prospect of laying down in bed. I was excited to try a medium firm bed and we both thought it was easily the firmest bed we had ever slept on. I was in touch frequently with customer service who were always knowledgeable and friendly. They offered us several options including a topper to make it more comfortable- but I really don't see the point of buying a brand new mattress and then having to use a topper to make it tolerable within the first month of use. They also suggested we keep the bed longer, saying 90 days would be a better frame to judge it and that we could soften the bed up by jumping on it or various alternatives that would speed the process up. Since I could barely walk that first few days jumping on the bed seemed ambitious. After a full month of poor sleep and aching bodies we felt one month was a sufficient test for our house. We ended up returning the bed, and buying a new mattress from a brick and mortar store that we actually laid on- it's wonderful and we love it. Ghostbed's return process was fairly straightforward and easy, though the charity they contacted to set up a pick up for me never contacted me nor returned my calls when I tried several times contacting them. In the end we chose our own charity and hauled it there ourselves. It took the FULL 15 business days for our refund to be processed, which I think is a little ridiculous, but all in all we were pretty happy with the customer service. As a sidenote, I was so sure we were going to love the bed when I purchased it that we bought the cover as well to protect our mattress- I thought the ghostbed cover would be best since they are the makers of the bed. It was poor fitting and overpriced- it was also unreturnable. In hindsight I would have tried the bed first and purchased the cover after deciding to keep it instead of paying that much for a cover that matches a bed we no longer have.

This has been the best decision we could have made. We looked at other products and then compared cost and reviews and decided to go with the Ghost bed. We can honestly say it's been the best investment and decision for us. Thanks Ghost Best for giving me my sleep back!
