We have slept on the bed for 30 days, and it is hard. So hard we were on the brink of returning the mattress. Customer Service intervened and offered a mattress topper for a plush feel. We just received and slept on it last night. Much better. I want to sleep on it a little longer for full review. I am giving 4 stars more for Customer Service at this time than the bed.

The first few nights were rough.. I was worried about it being so firm. I’m not sure when it changed for me, maybe halfway through the second week. I noticed that I wasn’t tossing and turning any more and that I was sleeping all night! My husband still has some shoulder pain and I still feel like it’s a tiny bit too firm but it hasn’t been quite a month so we still have plenty of the trial time left! It’s definitely a good idea to not allow returns until after 30 days because I was ready to return it after the first one but I’m glad I had to give it more time!

I have 2 dogs so I needed a great quality mattress protector so that the mattress doesn’t get damaged from dogs accidentally clawing while jumping bad or rolling around playing. It is a great product . So are their ghost pillows and mattress and box spring!!

This is my second ghostbed. It did take me awhile to adjust to sleeping on a latex bed in the beginning. Now I don’t wake up in pain and limp away like I do with a spring mattress. Highly recommend. Love the firm feeling that ghostbed delivers. I’m spending a lot less on the chiropractor now!

I was so excited once my bed arrived. It was very firm and initially thought it wasn't for me. After speaking to customer service and was informed how to break it in faster, I now LOVE it. If you are used to having a soft pillow top bed keep in mind it takes anywhere from 30-60 days to break it in and become used to the firmness of the memory foam / gel layers. My body feels better in the morning. The bed is great! It is very firm which I am still getting used to but overall a good mattress.

I bought this bed and was so excited because I hated my sleep number bed but this mattress was worse it was supposed to be soft and I tried it for a week and woke with a back ache everyday so I finally put my old bed back ,ask about returning new one it has been weeks and still no information about how to go about returning I just get a standard email with more questions. The mattress seems to be good and it’s a fantastic price but i just can’t sleep on it

Very comfortable, I have been sleeping on my Ghostbed for about 3 weeks and haven't woken up with back pain once. I used to routinely wake up with a sore back with my old inner spring mattress. Very satisfied with my ghostbed. Also, my 8 year old has mentions how much he loves his ghostbed and ghost pillow at least once a week when I put him to bed at night.

We bought this mattress after sleeping on one at my son's house. It was the first time in years I didn't wake up with a back ache. I ordered a queen size, it was delivered and we set it up according the instructions on the outside of the box. After 2 weeks the mattress had not risen to the full 11". It was at 9 and the sides were soft to the point if we slept too close to the edge of the mattress, we slid out. Called customer service, after taking and submitting several photos, they replace the mattress. The middle of the new mattress is at 11" but the perimeter is still at about 7-9" after a week. We have not slept on the mattress yet. When my husband called to see if we had done something wrong, the lady said it could take up to 30 days for it to fully inflate. Not sure what we are going to do since the website states only one return per household. Anyone else have this same inflating problem??

I have purchased a few of the big name mattresses and have never had a great nights sleep. My wife and I have been sleeping perfectly on the ghost bed and frame for three weeks now and are very satisfied. We wake up every morning pain free and well rested.
