I've been sleeping on a 12 year-old matress, so anything would be an upgrade. I never imagined I could purchse such a good matress so easily. I puchased it on a whim one night I had trouble sleeping. I was instantly approved online and had a bed within the next 48 hours! I used to wake up with soreness all over. As soon as I laid down to test it out the first time, I knew it would help me not be sore. That wasn't the only thing it helped me with; I would struggle with staying asleep, but this matress has eliminated all the tossing and turning in an astounding way. I love that you don't need to use a foundation with the bed. I'm really glad I found it.

So at first it was very hard to get used to this bed. After a month I am very very happy with my choice. If you are looking for a firm bed this is it! It was almost to firm for me at first but I'm very pleased with it now. After about a month on it i am in love. The pillows took some time to air out. They have a smell to it that was very strong at first but I'm happy with them once it died down a bit.

Previously had a waterbed, was ok to fall asleep on, woke up in the middle of the night usually aching and hurting, enough was enough. I was referred by a friend, and have to say i love it! I fall asleep much easier and stay asleep longer, dont move as much, and dont hurt waking up! Very happy and worth it!

I was having a very hard time sleeping after recently becoming single and moving from a house to a small apartment at 50! I tossed & turned & my room can only fit a twin. My wife and I finally decided to replace our old spring mattress after we had to get rid of our boxspring when it wouldn't fit around a tight corner in a stairwell. Faced with the prospect of purchasing a new style of bed frame just for our old mattress that wasn't comfortable even after many mattress toppers and quilted mattress pads, we decided to make the plunge and invest in a mattress we didn't hate. After polling a number of friends who have purchased beds online, we figured out the things people didn't like and what to avoid. Researching different mattress reviews, we decided on the ghostbed because of cool sleeping, a firmer feel that you wouldn't sink into, and a fair amount of edge support and depth, despite being a foam mattress. Despite being foam, you really do not sink into the top of this mattress like traditional memory foam. The top layer is both cooling as advertised, and surprisingly supportive and even a bit bouncy. Despite initially finding the top a bit firm for my taste (although perfect in firmness for my wife's taste), as a side sleeper, my days of waking up stiff and with hip pain are gone. The way this thing manages heat is amazing! The vented latex on top of gel-infused foam keeps chilly me and my hot-natured partner perfectly balanced. (Try Sheex sheets for even greater effect...) The combination of conformity and support with just a little bounce is also perfect for my bad back and her stomach sleeping. All in all, couldn't ask for a better mattress.

Had a narrow window of delivery for a home I was closing on in Arizona. Customer Service was very helpful in getting the bed to me at the right time. Arrived quickly, was easy to set up, but a bit too stiff for me at first. It's been a month and a half now and I am finally getting used to it. Not quite sure if it is softening over time or if I am just becoming more familiar with this style of mattress.
