I'm writing this to try to give someone else some confidence in a decision to buy. I reviewed perhaps all the online beds, and many in-store beds. I have chronic back issues from an old Army injury, so I needed to ensure I would benefit. Bottom line is that my back doesn't suffer in bed like it used to!! I decided to buy Ghost after crappy customer service at another online retailer as well as the money back return policy (no risk helps). So far the bed itself is a 5 star (standard matress not the Luxe). The adjustable base is ok (so 4 not 5 stars); assembly was rough, I had to get a flat punch and hammer to knock the pins in. The pillows are good, no complaints. If you are considering buying a GhostBed, I don't think you can go wrong with the bed itself nor the pillows (I have the mattress protector as well, but how do you review that? LOL). I think the only choice is to get the cushier version or the version I purchased (I like mine as stated). Not sure if I'd buy the adjustable base, but it isnt bad. Customer service was great (thanks Shaq!!).

We've had this mattress about a month and we really like it. We love how we can get out of bed and the other one has no idea. It's def on the firmer side which we really like. We got the pillows with ours. At first we weren't real sure if we liked them but we have learned to love them! The only small compliant is that it has a tiny bit of a smell. Kind of a mildewy/fresh paint/ not sure what kind of smell but it's def from the mattress. It's gotten a little better since we've had it. I have suggested the Ghost bed to others looking for a new mattress! And the 20 year warranty is a huge plus!!!

We bought these for our son's 15 & 12. They said that sleeping on them is terrific and they love how both firm yet soft the mattresses are. Our 15 yr old said that he's slept better since using this and has easily been the best night sleep he's had in a while. I would highly recommend these mattresses for anyone on the fence.

I have been sleeping on this bed for about 3 weeks now and have to say it is extremely comfortable for me and my wife. I sleep in every position and have not had any issues with this bed whatsoever. We purchased the pillows as well and really like them. The bed is not soft by any means or overly hard but really works on your pressure points. The other good thing is if you toss and turn you will not disturb your partner.

This has been, hands down, the best bed my husband & I have ever purchased! My husband is "big & tall" w/ back concerns and our GhostBed gives perfect support. There is no heat issues or "off-smells" that can sometimes occur with similar beds. Great investment for the price! I'll be purchasing another soon!! :)

I never make large purchases for things like mattresses online typically. I did a week worth of research and comparisons to Ghost Beds competitors. After going numb from watch bed reviews on YouTube I decided on Ghost Bed. I do not like firm beds or beds too plush. The Ghost bed is by far the best bed I have ever purchased. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. I always wondered the weight of people who reviewed it because your weight will decide on the comfort. I am 5'9 and 162 pounds. I didn't care for the pillows. My friend that I gifted them to, does enjoy them!

My son had a ghost bed and I slept on it a few times when I visited. It is the most comfortable bed that I have slept on I slept good and my back did not hurt. So I finally decided to order one for myself and my wife. Now I’m sleeping much better more comfortable and my back does not bother me

The king size mattress is a combination of soft and firm, more on the firm side which is my preference. I believe it is promoting a less interrupted sleep. I wake up rather early (intentionally) and usually without any type of body aches since I switched to Ghostbed. The quality of the product is pretty high. The base was also easy to assemble and solid construction despite being light-weight. I'm still getting used to the pillows, sometimes I suspect/feel they go out of shape but when I take a look they seem fine. I'll know more as time passes. Overall a good experience, keep it up. I am considering buying a second mattress, probably a twin size.

I could not be happier with my purchase! I’m recommending this bed to all my friends! If you’re reading this now and wondering if this is a smart buy, you are wasting time that you could otherwise be using to lay on this literal piece of heaven! Stop denying yourself of the bliss you deserve! AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!

I purchased a competitor's mattress (sleep #), but sent it back after only 10 days. I purchased the Ghost bed instead .... I am so very happy that I did. It is so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. So comfortable that my 3 dogs have also claimed it.
