Here's the deal. My mattress I had was my wife's from when she was like 16... Ya, think about how comfortable that thing was. Is the ghost bed comfortable? Yes, compared to my old mattress a sack of potatoes was more comfortable. That doesn't mean I am saying the GhostBed feels like a sack of potatoes, far from it. It supports you in all the right places. My morning back pain has certainly gone away since sleeping on this bed. HOWEVER, it is harder than I would like. I have been sleeping on it for a bit longer than a month so I had to give it at least time to "break-in." It has gotten better after the break-in period but it still on the firmer side than my wife and I would like. Putting it into perspective for some, I am 30 years old, 6ft and 195lbs. Will I keep this? Probably, yes. But I think it is more of not wanting to go through the hassle of returning it and finding another mattress. As for the quality, I think it is great. It is very well made with no odors when you first open it. Shipping was fast and the entire ordering process easy. I have not had to deal with customer service so I could not tell you if it is good or bad. It is in the middle of the price range from the "mail mattresses" and I think worth it if you enjoy a slightly firmer mattress. I have not tried out any of their competitors mattresses to compare so I cannot tell you if any are personally more comfortable. I still have about 70 days to return it so that's reassuring. Do your research and don't rule this out entirely. 3 stars

We've been sleeping on our Ghost Bed and pillows for 5-6 weeks now. We love the bed's support and comfort. I'd say it is on the firm side but not too firm. And the pillows are amazing. I've been using a My Pillow for a couple of years and the Ghost Pillow is the first other than the My Pillow that doesn't give me a headache.

First night we thought it was firmer than expected and my wife and I were skeptical about keeping it. It only took one night for us to change our minds. It just needed some use and now it's the best thing ever. It's not real form or soft and I can actually feel it conforming to whatever position I sleep. It is always cool but not like freezing more like therapeutic. I don't wake my wife climbing into bed because it doesn't move or squeak. My wife says I don't show anymore and I don't toss and turn all night like I used to. Its real hard to get out of this bed.

We were hesitant to buy a mattress online. Process was simple and we received the mattress within a few days. Unpacking was easy and quick. Mattress is very comfortable. Happy with our choice so far (~1 month), and if we are not within 100 days of the purchase we can return it.

Coming up on 40 and my back is not friendly with many mattresses. Our old one was 4 years old and already beginning to fail (Serta and expensive). Our GhostBed has made my wife's and my sleep more sound, with less aches and pains in the morning. Genuinely would recommend to most people barring specific medical conditions.

I ordered this bed thinking it would be the perfect solution for me. My partner is a back sleeper and I am a side sleeper. I wake up multiple times a night with my arm asleep, a sore shoulder, and sore hip. I'm waiting for our 30 days to be up to return the mattress.

The price of the product will get to me sometimes if I think about it too much (lol), but! The mattress has been a complete dream. I've been sleeping on the mattress for about a month now and my back stiffness and pain have progressively gotten better.

We have had our Ghost bed for about 3 and a half or four weeks. We love it! It's firm enough for my husband who loves a firm bed, but for me, who prefers a softer bed, it's still great! We love the adjustable base. The zero gravity feature is really nice. My husband is waking up with much less back pain. We're very happy with our purchase. Oh yeah....highly recommend the pillows and the sheets, too.

As an RN that works 12 shifts sleep is very important to me so this bed has been such a blessing. I live in Utah so the rave is purple but I went to the factory store and tried their beds and it didn’t blow me away like I thought. So we went with the ghost bed and I am so glade I did. Love the bed and pillows and everything thank you ghost bed!!!!

So far sInce I got my GhostBed, I don’t get knots on my back anymore! And when I sit a long period of time my lower back doesn’t hurt either like before. I feel that this bed offers semi-firmness, which helps me sleep continuously throughout the night. Comfort wise, it definitely feels a little pillowy on top, but without sinking like other memory foam mattresses. I definitely don’t regret my decision on purchasing from this company considering I searched high and low. I didn’t just save money, I also received 2 shredded pillows. Thanks GhostBed!
