After the first few weeks of breaking it in, I am a believer. This bed is awesome. So comfortable! I used to wake up with my arm asleep and that never happens anymore. Also there is no motion transfer. I can never feel my husband rolling around. I did a lot of research before going with Ghostbed and it's one of the least expensive mattresses out there, but it's still so comfortable! Also we love the GhostPillow!

The mattress is the perfect amount of firmness with a softer top. I love it. I was hesitant about the pillows because in the past I had memory foam pillows that were too stiff. These Ghost Pillows are life changing. Also, the box made a great toy for the kids for a few days until recycles were picked up. :) Super pleased with the whole experience.

We bought this bed for my mother, who has constant back pain and therefore has trouble sleeping. A few days before we received the GhostBed, my mom had a bad back spasm, could hardly walk, and had to resort to laying on the floor to get any sleep. After the first night on the new GhostBed she was up and walking like normal again!

My husband and I recently bought a king sized ghostbed and cover after much research and reading hundreds of reviews. It came in 24 hours- ship time to us was ridiculously fast, which was great. The packaging was easy to manage and it was cool to watch it expand and fill. We were hopeful it would be as amazing as all the reviews claimed. I suffer from lower back pain so was especially excited since many reviews claimed ghostbed was a lifesaver. I woke up feeling fine after the first night, but as the day went on my back just froze up more and more until I was in a huge amount of pain. It probably took a full week and a half (and several chiropractic appointments) for my body to "adjust". My husband was also waking up stiff and sore every day when he has never had any issues before. We committed to the full 30 day trial and although it got less painful it was still much (MUCH) firmer than we anticipated. We were waking up sore and went from being excited to lay down after a long day to feeling "meh" at best about the prospect of laying down in bed. I was excited to try a medium firm bed and we both thought it was easily the firmest bed we had ever slept on. I was in touch frequently with customer service who were always knowledgeable and friendly. They offered us several options including a topper to make it more comfortable- but I really don't see the point of buying a brand new mattress and then having to use a topper to make it tolerable within the first month of use. They also suggested we keep the bed longer, saying 90 days would be a better frame to judge it and that we could soften the bed up by jumping on it or various alternatives that would speed the process up. Since I could barely walk that first few days jumping on the bed seemed ambitious. After a full month of poor sleep and aching bodies we felt one month was a sufficient test for our house. We ended up returning the bed, and buying a new mattress from a brick and mortar store that we actually laid on- it's wonderful and we love it. Ghostbed's return process was fairly straightforward and easy, though the charity they contacted to set up a pick up for me never contacted me nor returned my calls when I tried several times contacting them. In the end we chose our own charity and hauled it there ourselves. It took the FULL 15 business days for our refund to be processed, which I think is a little ridiculous, but all in all we were pretty happy with the customer service. As a sidenote, I was so sure we were going to love the bed when I purchased it that we bought the cover as well to protect our mattress- I thought the ghostbed cover would be best since they are the makers of the bed. It was poor fitting and overpriced- it was also unreturnable. In hindsight I would have tried the bed first and purchased the cover after deciding to keep it instead of paying that much for a cover that matches a bed we no longer have.

Buyin this bed has been the best decision since being medically retired from the Army. I had to have back surgery from an incident during my deployment to Iraq. I had never had the right mattress to help me sleep better and wake up feeling refreshed. I don't move as much during sleep anymore and don't sweat as much as I used to. I give this bed two thumbs up and a loud and thunderous Ai-ey-ya!!!!

The bed is very firm and high quality. I bought it for my daughter but it is really nice for someone with lower back pain so I sneak in to get my nap on her bed:) She also said she can’t stop sleeping on it because it’s so comfy. And another important factor that hasn’t disappointed us is that this bed doesn’t get hot at all despite being a foam mattress. We’re considering to replace our current mattress with Ghost bed mattress soon.

We had to replace our kids' mattress after a move back from overseas and after doing some research we realized that the ghost bed was the same price, or lower than other 'regular' mattresses. After falling in love with ours we decided to get one for them. They sleep great and now when we have company we can sleep on their bed and let our company have ours.

The best way I can describe this sleeping experience on this mattress is that it is like sleeping on pure comfort that doesn't make you sweat buckets at night! My Fiancee and I have never been happier with a mattress. The quality of the product is second to none and boy does it deliver! The price isn't bad for a queen size and we are very satisfied with the entire experience with Ghostbed from start to finish (from purchase to sleeping on the bed). We have and will be recommending Ghostbed to our friends and family when they are in the market for a new mattress. Thank you, Ghostbed!

I waited a little while to write my review - I wanted to really give it time to see whether or not the first night was just a fluke! I am 70 years old and have been doing a lot of moving furniture and some heavy boxes...into a 2 story condo....this has resulted in a lot of achy muscles. I am pleased to say that this bed has been very comfortable through this process...it has been wonderful to get my achy self into this bed at night and be able to get comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep! In the morning, even though I wake up feeling rested, I don't want to get out of bed...it's SO comfortable....but boxes need to be unpacked and I need to get settled in...so have to get my lazy butt up and start another day... Looking forward to climbing back into my bed tonight!

Been 3 weeks sleeping on the new bed.Nice bed. Ordering, delivery all very fast and good. We do find the bed very firm...to the point of having to order a pillow top to help soften the feel some. It has helped some..may have to give it more time...old bones here.Do recommend if you need a good solid bed.
