I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the flavor, and the fact that the omelet was not dry after microwaving it. Since they are so quick to prepare, I plan to keep these in the freezer for mornings when I want an omelet but don’t have time to make one from scratch. The nutrition data makes them a fairly healthy choice, as well.

They are only 210 calories with 13 grams of protein and only 3 grams of carbs. They are so quick and convenient, yet are a delicious hotbreakfast or meal. Wow! I love these! I used England's Best eggs for everything and honestly an omelette is kind of my specialty. But my teens need things they can make and eat while they are home. I bought these and honestly worried they would taste like something from the school cafeteria but they taste great! My teen daughter swiped mine and finished it. 2 minutes in the microwave and no pan to clean puts this permanently on the grocery list. This would also work to easily slip into a sandwich. I love the quick and easy breakfast this provides me. The texture and flavor do not disappoint and it’s so easy to personalize it by added some bacon bits or ham when I’m in the mood. One of my go to snacks as well.

I was initially skeptical of this product. It's not like making an omelet is difficult, and I would always add cheese, so I wasn't sure. However, I was very surprised and pleased. The egg is great. The addition of the parmesan, creamy cheddar, and monterey jack cheeses take these to the next level. My wife, and four children, think these are amazing. We easily go through eight of these a week. On occasion, we've gone through 16 in one week! Although I'll occasionally add pepper, or some salsa, they are truly perfect as they are. They are so easy to prepare, too. In two minutes, you're ready to eat. If you're too busy, you'll be thrilled with how quickly you'll have a delicious breakfast.
