Eggs and omelets are some of my favorite protein sources, so I'm pretty picky on how they're prepared. Needless to say, I was pretty skeptical that a frozen, microwavable omelet would be any good. Boy, was I wrong! Fluffy eggs, generous portion of cheese, and so easy and quick to make. I'll definitely buy this again! The Egg-lands Best Cage Free Three Cheese Omelettes were such a pleasant surprise!!!!!! I thought it would be a last resort when I needed fast protein on a hectic day, but they are delicious!!!!!! With 13 grams of protein they are great for breakfast and for quick protein after a workout. I cooked the first one per the package directions and the edges were a little crusty. I adjusted a little on the next omelette. I brushed the omelets with olive oil and decreased the cook time by 15 seconds per side. Perfect!!!!! I love that they are made with cage free eggs and the calorie count is perfectly fine even if I ate two of them at a meal. I highly recommend you give this product a try. I love the Frozen omelets by Eggland's Best. They're so quick and easy to make that you don't sacrifice any taste or quality for convenience. They are so delicious and they're just perfect for when I'm rushed or I want to last minute breakfast but I want it to be good and full of protein. The taste is phenomenal and perfect for my breakfast and even lunch a lot of times I will eat these with a salad.

I'm reviewing Eggland's Best Ham & Cheese Omelet. Cooked in microwave according to directions on package. Quite a bit of spillage onto the microwave plate. Generously stuffed with diced ham, but where was the cheese? I did not see, nor taste cheese in the product.

If you like Omelets then try these prepared combinations. My favored is the Three Cheese. The Sausage & Cheese and Ham & Cheese are just as good. Easy to make, taste great, priced right and all are of high quality. Wish they had a veggie flavored one!

EB’s 3 cheese omelet can’t be beat for a quick breakfast, even eaten by itself. Take it up a notch by topping w/ crumbled bacon and/or sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. or delicious Mexican-style topped with salsa and avocado! *I did notice that 2 mins would’ve been too long in my microwave. I love that you can microwave these right in the wrapper! It was perfectly heated up, with plenty of cheese in the center. My toddler loves eggs, these are perfect for his breakfasts, and I enjoy them too! The eggs themselves seem a little dry, but other than that, these taste great. $13 seems like a high price for frozen omelets, doesn’t seem to be the best value. I love the cheese is this omelet. Super easy to make just open one end of the plastic and throw it in the microwave for a minute on each side. It came out perfectly cooked. Your kids could make their own breakfast from now on. Too busy to make breakfast excuse is not gonna work on this one. If you like omelettes add these to your list.
