These are so easy to heat up and go. I like ham in my omelettes usually but I didn't need anything extra with these. The cheese and egg cooked to the right level of heat(no cold spots). I first noticed that the package said each omelette contained 13 g of protein and is an excellent source of vitamin D, E, and B 12. This pack of eight heat and eat omelettes are truly convenient and easy. For one omelette, I heated for one minute on one side in the package and for another minute on the other side. I let cool for 30 seconds and then enjoyed. These egg omelettes are delicious. I would certainly buy these in the future for a convenient and delicious breakfast.
