They have become my morning go-to breakfast. Even when I sleep in late, they satisfy me, without an abundance of carbs.

These are so easy to heat up and go. I like ham in my omelettes usually but I didn't need anything extra with these. The cheese and egg cooked to the right level of heat(no cold spots). I put a little salt and pepper on it, loved every bite. I like the convenience of them for my on the go lifestyle. You could add anything into them after the first minute of cooking. Great product. EB’s 3 cheese omelet can’t be beat for a quick breakfast, even eaten by itself. Take it up a notch by topping w/ crumbled bacon and/or sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. or delicious Mexican-style topped with salsa and avocado! *I did notice that 2 mins would’ve been too long in my microwave. These have a very intense and rich flavor but a little too heavy on the salt. I'm not used to such a rich breakfast so I will go back for more of these and limit myself to a day or two a week. In fact, these work out great for a quick breakfast during Summer weekends when you want to get an early start on the fun (or yard work, whatever).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make omelets from scratch fairly frequently, but decided to try these when my grocery store had a store coupon for them. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the flavor, and the fact that the omelet was not dry after microwaving it. Since they are so quick to prepare, I plan to keep these in the freezer for mornings when I want an omelet but don’t have time to make one from scratch. The nutrition data makes them a fairly healthy choice, as well.

I tried the ham and cheese omelette.The eggs were not rubbery after reheating in the microwave.I wished there were more or even slightly larger pieces of ham used.Very convenient to have around when you don’t want to make your own and the clean up afterwards.Overall I really enjoyed it.
