These are so easy to heat up and go. I like ham in my omelettes usually but I didn't need anything extra with these. The cheese and egg cooked to the right level of heat(no cold spots). I put a little salt and pepper on it, loved every bite. I like the convenience of them for my on the go lifestyle. You could add anything into them after the first minute of cooking. Great product.
