Very tasty easy microwave breakfast. Quick protein for me. 2 minutes is too long in my microwave. I cook 1 minute Turn it, then 50 seconds.

Wow, great with picante sauce over them, let the thaw a few minutes the microwave on 10% for one minute and enjoy.

I have an Eggland omelette every morning and enjoy all 3 options: 1. Three Cheese, 2. Egg and Ham, and 3. Egg and Sausage. However, tear strips would make the boxes easier to open.
